We have eaten there several times with no complaints. This time however I was not as satisfied; my order included steamed broccoli on side and this time that was grossly understated and not comfortably edible! I think it is time to avoid this place for awhile!
Had a late lunch there yesterday, and was waiting for two others. When they arrived, we were seated within 5 minutes. A server was running around, and he was the only server there. When he finally got to our table, he was extremely apologetic; he said he was the manager, the bartender, the server and even though there was a cook in the back, he was sometimes a cook too. Took our orders and we had our meal within 15 minutes. It wasn’t crowded, but with only one server, he was busy. I give him much credit; had a smile on his face and made us feel welcome. He again thanked us for our patience a few times. And the food was excellent too! Wish I’d gotten his name.
Poor experience! We had anticipated a dinner date all week only to find that our favorite restaurant had closed so thought that we would give this new one a try. Limited wait staff so everyone was seated on one side of the restaurant. Ordered a diet soda but it didn't have carbonation in it so my husband ordered a beer and I took his tea. Turns out that all the carbonation was out. We ordered chips and salsa, some chips tasted fresh and crispy and some were chewy and hard. We decided to share a few items. Prime rib sandwich with fries $16.89,10 piece traditional wings $15.99, and Garden salad $7.69. All items came out together so really didn't want the salad with our hot food sitting there. No napkins, no plates (we said that we would be sharing). Steak sandwich was basically 2 thin shaved slices of tough meat with cheese, no where near the stacked one pictured on the menu! Some wings were a ball of bone ($1.59 per wing). When we received our ticket I had to ask for credit for the flat soda that I was charged $2.99! Total was $67.53! 2 beers were $9.98! Worst experience! We won't be back!

I Had the signature item (Philly Cheesesteak) and another had the boneless wings. The Philly bun was the only good thing I could say about it. Pretty bland and absolutely full of onions (More than anything else on the sandwich). The wings, which were advertised as made to order, came out lukewarm at best. The only reason I wouldn’t give this place 1 star is because the atmosphere and service staff are good. But the quality of the food was extremely lack luster. This specific location in Springfield has a curse of opening a cool place but have people who don’t know how to cook/make the food properly.
We went here for lunch even though we have been hearing horrible reviews of this place. It's new in Springfield so we figured we'd give it a chance. First of all the service was excellent!!! There wasn't a long wait to get sat down. The menu! Man there is everything on this menu tacos, fajita, seafood, salad, steak, burgers, Reuben, and plenty more. So if there are a couple of you and can't agree on where or what to eat this is the answer. Food was really good, I had the garlic prime rib melt and fries ? the misses had the Philly it was excellent, and my son had a cheese burger. It was all delicious and the price probably wasn't even as bad as the cost of the fuel to drive here, lol. For real though this place isn't over priced. Check it out people!!!!!
I really wanted to like this place. We tried it twice, the menu has some good options on it.... But the flavor just wasnt there. The food was bland and the tea didn't even have flavor. I just think there is a lot of room for improvement. I had the same issue with the previous restaurant the pasta house (same owners from what I understand).
Service was acceptable from my server. Actually received more attention from a different server for adjacent tables.The food was quite good. However, when I asked my server what I could get in place of my fries, she failed to tell me the items she recommended were all upcharged $3.00. She didn't mention the items of equal cost as the fries that I could substitute for.
very good drinks but horrible dry steak and the manager did not give convincing answers bad the place I do not recommend it
