Employee Erayaena was very very rude and abusing customer. Simply arguing and the manager did not say a word and supported this person named Erayaena (from the receipt). Very poor customer service

After 2 trips, salad is still not right, coming back for a refund. Wrong chicken and salad is brown. Tried to call. Phone has been off the hook for an hour.Manager lady....I did not believe your explanation as to why the Farmhouse salad bowl is now smaller. You lost 2 loyal customers today.
I went across the street to Arby's to get a sandwich to take home to my best friend because I refused to give her the leftover garbage from Steak n shake! She enjoyed an Arby's slider at home!

Always a good place to eat, the North Dirksen Parkway Arby's is probably one of the better Arby's in the area, Usually quick service, staff is friendly and restaurant is Clean, If you go after 8 PM you may have to wait for them to make the sandwich of your choice.
One of the cleanest and friendliest fast food restaurants I've been to in a while. And I love the market fresh sandwiches!
A way to improve this would be if you're going to charge almost 80 cents for a sauce, actually give it to the customer and not get an attitude with the customer when they come back to get that sauce...
All the meats. Curly fries are phenomenal! Enough said!
