Order Delivery, they delivered late and most of my 24 wings not in container. They were in the plastic sack. I called to complain, they said that they would put that on record and next time I called I would receive 24 free wings, I just had to remind them. So, I called and asked for the 24 free wings. Guess what, no record. They offered me 6 free wings, screw that. Tired of companies screwing over people and lying. I am never going to order from this place again because of bad service and apparently full of lairs. Bad business practices! I would stay away from this pizza place.

Best pizza ever!!! Love theIr hot wings too!! I love that Antonio’s is local! Great pizza, very fast. I go here on average once a week! I usually run my errands and then call my order in for pick up before heading home. If you want great pizza, go here, you won’t be disappointed!
Was told 45 minutes for delivery. Took 1.5 hours. I had already tipped when I paid with card... that was a mistake! The pizza is entirely slid to one side of box. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NOT RETURN.
Ordered food about 7:45 tonight, they said they were backed up so it wouldn’t be ready until 9:30. Got there at 9:10 as a man was coming out of the dark store on North Grand, looked right at us, got in his vehicle and left!!!! WHERES OUR FOOD!!!!!!!!!!! So frustrated!
Got the large one topping pizza. My topping was extra cheese. They charged me 3 dollars for the cheese. Like it was an extra topping and didn't tell me it was extra money. Won't go back, lots of pizza places in Springfield.
I'm disappointed in my latest visit here. We ordered online but miraculously it didn't register correctly on their system and they gave us a large plain pizza. Ew! And even when we had evidence, the very Young lady said because it was online she wouldn't remake our dinner. Shame we love this place. I won't be going back for a while.
This is extra cheese?First and last time to order here. Ordered a pizza sub with pep, sausag and extra cheese, but didn't get extra cheese. Plus bread was soggy. Nearly ten bucks for a lousy sub.

This is for the Northgrand location just to be clear. They have THE WORST customer service I've ever seen. It's not just once in awhile it's EVERY SINGLE TIME. I've spent LOTS of money there and never once had decent service. Being put on hold for 30+mins...absolutely ridiculous! After tonight they have officially lost my service completely! I live behind Walmart on Dirksen and I will drive myself to Dominos just for better service and tbh better food! So to the owner you really should do some pop ins on your North location cuz they need some teaching in customer service and MORE employees at the location. Maybe even DIFFERENT employees!
