Went here for first time a week or so ago and everything was amazing can't believe I've never been lolI even ordered a steak I've never had big ol porterhouse and it was delicious great cut of meat cooked exactly like I like it ?Bit pricey but was worth itWaitress did an amazing job as well super curtious and on top of everything .5 stars for sure
Excellent service !!! Carmyn was amazing and took wonderful care of us. She was so busy and was still able to have every thing we needed on the table after cooking our own steaks.
Had an absolute great experience this weekend at Alexander’s Steakhouse. They seemed pretty slammed, and there were two waitresses handling our entire section. Our server, Carmyn was outstanding, very knowledgeable, and had what seemed half of the restaurant and was still able to get everything we needed and more. She was friendly, explained every steak in detail, and took the time to talk with us on a friendly level even though she was extremely busy. We will be returning to get a good steak and good service!!
Great steaks. Cook yourself or have them cook it. Great salsa bar.
Elizabeth took very good care of us after we waited for about 15 mins to get seated and have our drink and food order taken. The food was very good.
Seating way too packed together. Because of space limits we had them cook or steaks - underseasoned and over cooked (med/rare isnt brown throughout). Salad bar is minimal. This location is not nearly as large or nice as Normal or Peoria.
This is a great place to have family dinner! It is a little on the expensive side and the pricing doesn't match the inside setup, but the food makes it worth it! Do let looks deceive you, it could use some remodeling and upgrades, but the food is really good.
Wonderful Christmas Eve dinner. The fillets are so good you don't need the Bobs steak sauce. Tanna was the best!!
Prices are too high for what you get. My friend's birthday was what we were celebrating.... SHE SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN her meal free. The dessert was horrible.
Tonight we had my birthday celebration at Alexander's steak house. Terrible experience. Our Texas toast was burnt, sent back, I ordered well done, my son ordered med well. I specifically said NO PINK. I got med well, my son got well done, they totally forgot 2 of our sides, baked potato, and steamed broccoli. Hardly worth the $200 we spent. Not because of the price, but the poor quality of the meal and portion size. The waitress was polite but forgot our sides, our meat preferences, as well as serving the burnt Texas toast. This was my first time eating there, and certainly my last....NEVER AGAIN. The birthday benefits are great, but would have been happy with just a nice meal. One star was the only option available, I would have given a ZERO!!!
