Arrived at 4:35 on May 1st, at the Westfield Old Orchard mall. The female server was not friendly and was confrontational from the start! She arrived at the table at 4:50. We placed an order from the lunch menu. Was told we couldn't. Pointed to the menu showing we could for lunch ended at 5pmOrderedMargherita pizza with a side saladBroccoli and chicken pastaAsked if the salad could come before the pizza. Response, you do get a salad. Repeated the statement again. Got the same response.Not once was checked on. Saw server look at us across the room. Pasta came to us cold and got the wrong and a wilted salad without dressing! Sent pasta back. Got it back in 10 minutes! Was it microwaved?!?! Ate the hard overcooked pastas anyway because I was hungry and had not eaten all day!Asked for the manager. Explained everything we experienced. All he could say was sorry and offer a free cheesecake, which was not our intentions in the first place!The female server came over 10 minutes later asking if we needed anything else. Seriously?!?Got the check. Paid it and even gave her a tip because of trying times. Anyway, as we were leaving, not a word was said from the female server. No come back again, thank you, kiss my butt, NOTHING!Never again with the, Cheesecake Factory. Left a bad taste in our mouths!
So, I heard The Cheesecake Factory is primarily known for cheesecake, but since we went there for dinner, the guy recommended cauliflower tacos and cauliflower Korean fry. We ordered cauliflower tacos and a veggie burger for the main course, and it was fresh, quick, and supperrrrlyyyy delicious????, Passion fruit mint fizz we ordered for the drinks, and it was sooo good, and we finished with raspberry lemon cheesecake that was sweet and little tangy s??? delicious and soft even the crust was also so soft. It is 100% worth your money.
My wife and I went here for a mid day meal. We were sat in the worse table in the restaurant. I did not invite the Sun as a dinner guest. There was only two good parts of our stay, some good food and outstanding service by our server “HERO” he is the best in the business.
This was the best Cheesecake Factory I’ve ever been to in the US. The customer service was amazing and Ben is an amazing manager.

We purchased 6 different kinds of Cheesecake at the Orland Park location and they were all delicious!!! Next time we'll try the food.
We ordered stuffed mushroom with wine sauce and the Korean fried cauliflower. Stuffed mushrooms was my favorite specially the sauce... I could have only that
What do I say about a regular? For me and my wife we love this place. Most locations we've been to, we've had the same great experience. Awesome food all around and thee most amazing cheesecake ever. Please try the Salted Caramel! The staff is great and the prices are reasonable.For this particular location, with the new mandate, they will be checking for vaccination cards or photos of cards of people 5 and older.
