My coffee is made 9/10 times incorrectly. Either wrong ingredient missing ingredient or incorrect temperature (hot vs iced) and when I try to catch someone’s attention no one seems to be interested in finding what’s the problem I shop here for the convenience however it’s displeasing that I run into the same issue almost daily
Staff, specifically Tom provided exceptional service and the drinks were very well made, best Starbucks I’ve been to by far!
They made my drink right. Ez 10/10
I started going to this one because the one at Milwaukee and Toughy can’t get a drink order correct if their lives depended on it. But the last three times I’ve been to this one they got my order wrong. Pastiontango does not sound like dragon fruit and no sugar means NO sugar! Honestly! I’m paying a lot of money for you to mess up my order!
The experience was fast but the last time I was here I order a bagel with cream cheese and I received just the bagel they forgot my cream cheese. ( I realized this as soon as i got to work.) For my drink I order a chocolate foam cold brew. I've had the same coffee several times in this location and this time was different coffee tasted horrible (water down coffee.) I pass to this location because it's convenient for me on my way to work.
I always come here and never leave unsatisfied, but this one guy named Thomas was making drinks and he seemed to be rushing, doing all of the drinks and because of that mine tasted horrible !!!! It really just made my morning awful.
This isnt a location i frequent but over the years there are two things that have stayed consistent with this one. Customer service has never really been an issue here. They are always nice. The issue comes from the quality of the drinks i receive here. Eight out of ten times, the drink is either entirely wrong, or doesnt taste as it should. Im not sure if the staff just doesnt follow the set drink standards or what, but mostly everytime I've came to this location, i end up disappointed with the drink quality.
By far one of the worst managed Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The staff is never on time. More often than not they do not have basic items that should be on their menu. They run out of lids. They run out of blonde espresso. They run out of syrups and so much more. This is the one closest to my house I often have to drive out of my way either because their staff doesn’t show up on time or they simply don’t have Starbucks products. This has been an issue for the last couple years. I never understood how they would be out of some thing but all the surrounding Starbucks would have the right products. Whoever management is for the store is doing a terrible job. They’re also not training their employees well. Definitely one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to.
I don’t think my drink has ever been made correctly at this location. Everyone is nice, though.
Ordered in the app for drive thru pickup and when I go there the line was very long by the time I go to the speaker it had been 10 minutes since I had been in the line and 15 minutes since my order was ready. Needless to say my iced drink was warm and melted by the time I got to the window. I asked at the speaker if they could remake it since it had been sitting and they said I could make that call when I got to the window. When I asked again for them to remake the drink it was as though I was causing a problem for them. Nevermind the fact that I waited in their line for 10+ minutes and was on time for when they said my drink would be prepared. I will certainly be choosing better in which Starbucks I go to in the future as I have not had this issue with other ones.
