The slowest Starbucks! They’re staff is extremely slow paced. Regardless If it’s in shop or drive through. Avoid this place if your trying to keep your order available within 10 min. It usually takes 15-20 min for an order. I’m not exaggerating either. Both times I went, this happened to me.

I'm not a fan of coffee flavored sugared beverages, so most of their drinks are not my cup of tea.If you put enough cream and sugar in their coffee, or enough sugar in their latte, you can overpower the burnt taste.So it can be made bearable when there are no other choices.
I went in this morning, hoping to purchase a flat white. There were literally 5 people behind the counter. One young man was working the drive-thru, the other four were bumping into each other grabbing and refilling items. No one said "Hello" I stood there for a few minutes and left after being ignored. Their staff needs to be retrained.
Got our drinks but the team seems to have divided up tasks in a relatively inefficient manner although everyone seemed to be working as hard as they could. I am never very happy when persons that arrive well after me and order after me receive their drinks before me. Clearly the issue was that my wife's drink required one barista while the others required the other with less complicated beverages. Still... 13 minutes I will not get back all for a small coffee with a shot of espresso. (Cool former train station though.) This visit was also replete with a hot Chinese lady walking up and grabbing a stranger's coffee all around the top with her hands and asking repeatedly if that was her coffee or her hot water which of course it wasn't? Super fun...

Since before Covid they just decide whether or not they want to open. I live in Morton grove and this is my go to Starbucks since it is the only one on the way to work. The amount of Inconvenience is there is from this location to everyone in the surrounding area is amazing.
AVOID. Typical Starbucks drive thru. Served 10 cars before they even come to till to serve the customers that actually are in the store
They open and close whenever they want. They make their own hours. Don’t go by what the posted hours online are. They screw me everyday.
4 days in a row they are not open on time. Workers should be courteous enough to let me know they aren’t ready yet instead of having a line of people waiting for nothing.
