I haven’t had a good burger / sandwich like this in a long time. We ordered a burger, chicken sandwich, fries and cookies & cream shake. Everything was made fresh and tasted AMAZING. Definitely check it out if you haven’t yet!
First time visitor. Service was kind of slow, despite having several workers; but i did appreciate the level of customer service! Note to self...shroom burger is not a patty! If you have a kiddos, note the birthday shake can be a choking hazard due to the small crunch pieces. Burger was good...fries were okay...i probably would try again.
I went to the shakeshack in Old Orchard today and did a to-go hamburger. As I entered the store, the cashier hurried away and a moment later a male clerk from the kitchen took the order with no sincerity. They weren't busy at all at 3 p.m., the guest was just me and my daughter, but my food didn't come out until 20 minutes later. I was waiting right in front of him, but he didn't even call me by name. More seriously, when I arrived home and looked at the food, there were uncooked patties and spoiled lettuce. It was simply food that people couldn't eat. Now the whole world is very serious with Covid-19. But the shakeshack company did this cruel thing to me by saying that environmental protection was a priority, and I was very disappointed with them.
Two burgers, two shakes, and a side fry for $30 is a bit outrageous for a fast food restaurant. They also ask for a tip, which is strange when I'm not being waited on.If the price was 40-45% less, this would be reasonable and I'd likely visit frequently.The burgers were cooked well but fairly small. Too little lettuce, too much sauce. Definitely go with the double, the singles left us hungry.
Visited for lunch 4/27/2022. I ordered a regular double cheeseburger, fries, six piece chicken nuggets, small sprite, lemonade, and a small chocolate shake. Price? $34.39.This place is EXPENSIVE!My burger came out cold. They remade it for me and the second was better. The nuggets were fairly cold also.Nice people at this location. They will make your food correctly, but my experience here is that you must stay on them. They can get your food to you, warm, prepared correctly, tasting good, but don’t always. Stay on them and you should be good, hopefully.
I really love this place! This Shake Shack is really amazing and a highly recommended spot! Especially to those who really love sandwiches and other comfort foods. Also, to those who have a big family and a bunch of friends that really love to hang out and spend some quality time together. This is the best place to go! Their location is so easy to find and they are also near to other well-known places around the area. So maybe after you visit this place you can also hop and visit other popular places nearby the area. Shake Shack is phenomenal! All of their food here is worth every penny. You will absolutely love the quality and style they have. They have some burgers, fries, nachos, salads, pasta, beverages, desserts, and others. All the comfort foods that can really satisfy your cravings are here in this wonderful place. You can really order and try anything you want without breaking your pockets. All of their offers here are fair and reasonably priced. They also have so many great deals such as combos, promos, and discounts. You can literally save a lot of money here compared to going to another resto around the area. This place is really clean, nice, neat, bright, and decent. Their environment is very relaxing and welcoming. Their interior also has a great ambiance. Shake Shack is really incredible! I will definitely go back and visit this place again when I am nearby. Thanks to their staff who really made my experience much better and more unforgettable. Thank you, guys! Kudos to all of you!
I ate lunch there today and the manager (Charles) made sure everyone had a great experience. He offered to refill drinks for people. Offered to clean up the trays. He went table-to-table seeing if anyone needed anything. This was the type of service that you expect at a 5 star restaurant.
The burger was good but the fries aren't bad, they look like the frozen ones you make at home. A little costly but tasty.
The Chicken Shack is the most amazing tastiest sandwich I have ever had and the cheese fries are amazing too
Black truffle burger was awesome and hit the spot. Cooked perfectly.
