We left after 30 minutes without being seated. The restaurant had very few tables seated but told us it would be 20-30 minute wait. Apparently the kitchen was prioritizing filling takeout orders and in restaurant customers were second priority.

Bottomless sides and drinks. Can I say more??? Freckled lemonade hasn't changed at all and the burgers are all still juicy delicious. Add a fried egg for some of that yolk action.

We've been here many times but not since the pandemic started until today. They did great through the first two years of the pandemic with takeout orders but we thought it was time to dine in again especially since our 4-year old was too young to remember coming here pre-COVID. We had an absolutely wonderful time and the staff was welcoming and the food was great. Sachelle was a great server and Anthony made and delivered our dessert with care. I know the kids will be begging to come back soon!

Stay away from this place, very dirty, they only had one server, very rude hostes. They have no one working there but one server working the tables and bar area. Burger was gross burnt and looked old. These people here need to hire better server's and wait staff. They can also be cleaner too. Stay away yucky food, yucky people working here . Do not recommend this place for burgers.

Granted, this was on a day few people are likely to go out, but like many restaurants, this location has lost all its institutional memory about service and cooking. The quality of the burger and the plate on which it was served suggested that no one had ever taught the cook how to work a restaurant grill, let alone the Red Robin touch. As with so many other places, the quality of this restaurant post covid is radically different, and lesser, then pre-lockdown.

In general Red Robin provides a tasty burger, but it is a miss occasionally. Kettle fries are okay, sweet potato fries are good. My wife loves the vegetarian burger, I've learnt that one of their burgers with a slice of pineapple (I know, sacrilege to some) is the combination for me.

Well where to start. They were out of half the soft drinks on the menu, just coke and sprite available. Waited 25 min to make an order and 30 min for our food. Keep in mind this is on a Sunday afternoon, 1:45 PM so only 2 others in the dining room. My wife’s burger turned out great (whiskey bbq burger). My scorpion burger on the other hand, was a regular looking burger on a regular bun. Disappointed.

I have always loved the burgers at Red Robin, but this time was underwhelming. The tables were greasy, as were the drinking cups. The bottomless fries, which are usually my favorite part, were previously cooked, slightly burned, and cold when they hit the table. This is the first time this has happened so I will give it another shot.

Mona was great helping us with our take out order. Food was delicious! Our burgers were very juicy and flavorful.

The place was sticky, waitresses ran around with no purpose and still were able to mistake the order. I didn't complain just ate what was served to shorten the suffering. Waitresses look unprofessional and dirty.
