I had seen and noticed Alexis being rude to Adhraa. I came in to order a sandwich and walked out..after I noticed Alexis with a rude evil spirit..no way..I believe in God..and she as just looking super evil..I will think twice before I come here again. Definitively will let everyone.. They business will go down..watch.. God is watching. They going to be punished. They should have listened to her speaking about God then complaining. Spoke to Adhraa for a few and she told me how they was mad for her talking about Our God that is in charge of everything.
I entered Potbelly's branch in Old Orchard because I was having problems with using the Uber App on my phone; the staff helped me order an Uber. I also enjoyed the food. My salad was particularly good, This is a particularly good restaurant for people watching their weight.
Great sandwiches which outcompete other joints like Jimmy johns, and are on par with the likes of Firehouse Subs. Go here if you would like a moderately priced, but sometimes expensive meal. Perfect selection of toppings for hot subs, and good selection of sides/drinks.

great sandwiches, soup and mac n cheese were hot. just forgot the side of peppers on the to-go order. quality food!
They didn't put chicken on my salad and I failed to notice till eating it later. I paid for the chicken according to my receipt.
If the management is terrible you can't blame the employees for keeping the place clean and hygienic.
