The food was delicious. Love the atmosphere here.

Awesome placesPerfect Restaurant to have light lunchAwesome staffCool musicSitting is very cozyTheir duel duet deal is awesomeIncluding soup ? with tuna ? sandwich ?

Was put off because the kitchen staff were like "make sure you put the purple sticker on it so the customer knows we're not liable in case you put allergens on their order. You know in case you mess up" and literally handed me my order 2 minutes after sitting right there by the window overhearing that. They seems like a pretty close staff, but think they need to think about what, how and when they say and they say it about customers.

Today I wasn’t feeling well and decided to get soup half hour before their closing time at this location. I didn’t know this but the manager was taking my order at the drive thru, her name is MARI, incredibly sweet person. She guided me through the menu as a vegetarian even if I had been to Panera many times their menus change, I told her I was not feeling well and she was super sweet and kind. These guys have the best customer service of ANY Panera bread location and super sweet employees. The lady at the window Abbey was so sweet and kind. I was feeling super sick and wanted my tomato soup, I forgot my wallet at home in a hurry and these guys took care of me without me asking them for anything. I was shocked at how kind and sweet they are. You don’t expect this from a semi-fast food place. Their kindness turned my not so good night into one filled with gratitude. There are good people still left! This is the best location hands down! Thanks MARI AND ABBEY best customer service ever!

Love the food at Panera, fresh, quality ingredients. However, the management in this location is questionable. 1) Why are you ALWAYS out of large drink cups? Here’s a novel idea… order MORE. 2) How long does it take to fix the main entrance, it’s been blocked off for weeks now. 3) A person ordering a toasted bagel and cream cheese is most likely not going home to eat it, so it might be beneficial to always include a plastic knife in the bag. Not at this place, guess they figure we all have fingers.

Had the Spicy Take Chicken sandwich. Not much to it. Just chicken (not alot) and sauce on a bun. Came out cold. Asked to have it warmed up and told to do it myself in the microwave. Not worth $11.

It was on my way so I stopped to get a large chocolate latte , it is not called mocha here. And got a pastry as well, the order was fast and the latte was not filled as I liked it but tasted good. They offer free parking and a driveway to order. It is a modern looking panera so I sat and enjoyed the latte on a nice comfortable chair. I'll stop by if I'm near this location.

Very disappointed in this site. I asked for no cheese. Receipt states no cheese. I didn't catch it till I was almost done. Due to being lactose and tolerant I expressed my concerns with the site and they showed not even a care for my health and safety let alone not even offering me a refund or taking the situation seriously. Receipt also state order should be correct Everytime and they did not comply with it. I'm very disappointed and I will be reaching out to corporate

Check your order! The last two times I have ordered pick up, it was not correct! They forget the bread bowl the first time, then they next time they gave me tomato soup instead of broccoli cheddar. Waste of my time and my money! Train your staff to care about orders because we pay for this food that’s so expensive now!

The chicken noodle soup was disappointing and the Panera bread manager or group leader in the Touhy Center was rude that was hurting today, March 19th.The soup had half bowl of broth, couple pieces of carrots and noodle, almost no chicken. I asked the pickup person politely if that was what they served. If they do, I’d take it. The manager or a group leader heard me and came to tell me ‘YES!’, and said, there ‘WAS’ noodle, she could change it for me if I want. I was going to take it and leave, but she was upset about me asking and threw a service wood bar badly on the pickup desk to my face. I never had such an experience in other Panera Bread before! They added some noodle and chicken to my soup at the end, that I appreciate it. However, her attitude was not acceptable. I asked her, please don’t get upset. She said she didn’t, but turned her back to me immediately and smiled expressively to next customer…
