We were the first ones there and I noticed right away the tables were dirty with crumbs. And the front doors were dirty as well.I always get the Pad Thai but today I tried the Asian salad. It had bad salad pieces, like brown lettuce and kale, the some brown avocado plus with the ginger dressing it was one sour mess. I was left hungry and sad.
The place is Really nice and clean, the staff is super friendly, but I have to give props to Taya (sorry if I spelt it wrong). She went above and beyond, she was very nice, super polite, was checking on guests, she stopped by to ask how the food was and noticed I picked out the mushrooms from entree (no big deal, I should have asked what came in it) she offer to have another one made for me which was not necessary! But I appreciate the offer! Over all fantastic experience!
The food is ok but WAY overpriced for what you get. $8 for a cup of noodles, two mushrooms and a few leaves of spinach. Not worth it at all. We can go better places for same price and we will in the future.This location was beyond dirty without concern from staff, broken tables and out of sodas that we wanted. Trash cans are more like a janitorial company's. For this suburb the state of the location was shocking. Needless to say we will not return to it or any other locations.
I stopped for a “quick” bite after shopping at the mall and oh Jesus. Be aware tons of high school? Middle school? Kids come here to eat and I believe the restaurant just gets packed with mobile orders and don’t know how to maintain the pace. When I arrived the restaurant was empty, and in 5 minutes a swarm of kids just came through the door. Anyway, I waited 30 minutes (30!!!) for my order of Japanese pan noodles which was beyond disappointing - everything seems wrong, texture, sauce, veggies in it… waste of money and time, unfortunately. I do not recommend.
Honestly, worst meal ive had in a long time. The buffalo chicken mac and cheese had no cheese, the cheese it did have was not melted. . Barely had any chicken. Just gross all the way around. Who eats this stuff? Seriously. ......
Kids meal consists of cold and old egg noodles with almost no butter with shredded parmesan cheese that doesn't melt because the noodles are too cold. And the portion is only big enough for a toddler.
They have changed their menu and added new items - which are again good for vegetarians
Not good customer service from CorporateI submitted contact us form months ago about my order, the pad thai was not as usual and not tasty, never heard back. I followed up an was told my corporate they did not receive and to submit my credit card charge or receipt. Since months have passed since my initial order I showed my cc screen print of all the credit card charges for noodles and company for this year. The lady Lyndi wanted the exact date so I gave her the last one. She said that was for the rice cake. I said ok maybe it was the one before for $10 since now we are speaking 3 months later. Never heard back again. I submitted the form again and again she asked for the same info and said they do not keep historical information. Forget it, told her I am posting my review-not for the food quality which was my initial concern but for corporate not providing customer experience and resolution.
Quantity of food is much smaller then other Noodles and Company, also machine for water wasn’t working, they didn’t explain but charged for bottles of water, ways to make extra money
