Great coffee with a great staff but the price is too high. I own the DeLonghi and espresso machine that uses the original capsules so I can choose to get the original or third party capsules. There are many bad ones but they're also many good third party alternatives. When I feel like spoiling myself a few times a year I will get the original and espresso capsules

They had a Tasting area to try their new arrivals - Papua New Guinea. I absolutely loved this coffee.I definitely recommend visiting this place.
Fast and friendly, tossed my recyclables in the receptacle, they had the prepaid bags available so I helped myself to 4 and when I returned to the line they opened up the 4th register and we placed our order. The pleasant and knowlegeable woman who took our order did so quickly and then returned with our massive pod order neatly bagged. All in minutes and out we went!
Shopping around came to this store and got a Nespresso VertuoLine Evoluo DeLuxe bundle. The location of the store is good since it is in the middle of the mall. Once the associate was available, I asked a few questions and got my answers.The staff was friendly in the store and knowledgeable about their product.I really like that they recycle their pods, you can either mail them or bring them to the store so that made the decision easier to get one.You can also buy online, but I recommend you stop by and take a look at different machines available.On this last visit, the lady who helped me took the time to explain and offered me information about each coffee flavor.

These people know coffee. From the minute you walk in, they make it a point to help you if undecided about your tastes, identifying your preferences and make suggestions for the best coffee pod. If you are set on your choice, they engage you in delightful conversation.I love that the recycling program is so easy-just fill the back and drop it off at UPS.I just feel happy going in knowing that I will have a good experience.
Ever since I bought this machine, this is the only coffee I drink. A group put money together and bought a machine for the office. Now I can enjoy a nice cup of coffee all day. I like the different kind of coffee and it's nice to get a sample to try. Hopefully after the pandemic is over they will start brewing samples. As far as customer service goes, I have yet had any bad experiences.
We went to this store today to return a sleeve of Forest Fruit which absurdlycontains artificially flavored coffees. The rude manager had no clue as to the ingredients which are clearly stated on the packaging as artificially flavored roast and ground coffee. We left without satisfaction and immediately reached out to corporate customer service and after multiple apologies and confirmation of artificial ingredients, we were offered a fullexchange without any shipping fees. The service at this location has definitely changed within the last couple of years but there is no excuse for a manager of a specialty food item to lack basic knowledge of it's ingredients. This location is extremely busy most days and now without the ability to taste different coffees is not worth the trip or wait. As fond as I remain of nespressos overall products, I remain dismally unimpressed with their retail experience.
Super friendly staff and amazing store. Busy on the weekends so go during the week to avoid lines.
Had a terrible experience today at Nespresso. I was helped by an associate by the name of Edie. She was completely rude when I was inquiring about the level of caffeine in the product and the difference in the roast. I was trying to show her the Nespresso website where it lists an explaination of the different roast style and she insisted I leave as she doesn't have time for me and has a line behind me. I've never had a bad experience at this Nespresso until today. She also claimed she was the manager. I've never seen her before.
