AA girl at the window taking order was giving us attitude and wasn’t listening to what we are ordering. She clearly doesn’t like working here and she was calling me boo all ghetto. Really bad experience here
Everytime we come here their expresso machine is broken we can never order a latte or a frap! This is the worst location ever. I don’t know if it’s the workers who don’t want to clean the expresso machine or if it’s really broken. they always have an excuse or bad attitude.
Best mcdonalds in the skokie area. Drive thru moves fast, employees are very welcoming and the restaurant is always clean. Every time.
On Ubereats, they make us park our cars and go inside to get the food. Stopping and starting my car 50 times a days destroys my starter and battery. Um... there's a drive thru with no cars. Lazy employees can't walk an order 10 feet to a window.
This was most horrible customer service I’ve ever experienced! I always get my kids happy meals here and the day before yesterday they messed it up than after they said they’d replace them they didn’t and straight lied to me. Lost me as customer. Kid acted like I was lying to him for two 4$ happy meals and I’m cta bud operator who makes triple their salary so again if ur reading stay away from this McDonald’s because it’s horrible! Especially the manager Angel who spoke to me on the phone and said if they said we’ll replace it than we will than I get to store and straight lied in my face…two thumbs down!
I get that a lot of places are low staff and it can be hard on the workers but man these workers have such bad attitudes like if it's the customers fault. They look at you like your disturbing their peace if you speak to them at all. I work retail have been working with the public for almost 10 years and I never treat customers like that. If they're having a bad day ok fine but no need to lash that out to the customers. Someone can be having a really good day and they can ruin it with their attitude. I've came to this location twice and dined in twice and both times was the same experience with different workers. Oh and if you plan on dinning in they're not like other McDonald's they don't bring you your food when you pick a number and sit down. They will just keep calling your table number until you hear them and come get your food yourself.
Double cheese burger had so much onion on it, made it taste like a white castle burger.. I don't even understand how they did that. Nuggets were also off, idk what about them but just not right. Fries were just tasteless. Would not believe any of the food is genuine McDonald's
They're understaffed, frustrated and overworked. Because of this they're snappy and rude. I have sympathy for anyone working in places with these conditions but it affects service. I tried to use a self-serve kiosk and when it froze I tried to order at the counter. A lady stepped out from the back and yelled, "I don't have a cashier can't you order over there?!" and walked off. Ultimately they got the order right and the wait was short but ordering was a challenge.
I’ve been going to this location for 31 years and the quality and service of this place has been going down year after year. I just went to this place to get food and the pink haired manager is yelling at everyone waiting to put in their order to order through the kiosk. I understand they are short staffed and I’m okay waiting for my food but I was trying to explain to him that the kiosk prices don’t match the prices that are advertised on the menu behind the register plus I was going to pay in cash and he couldn’t get through his hard pink head what I was saying and continued to yell at the customers to order through the kiosk. Last time I went there a few months ago…they weren’t busy at and I tried to order multiple 3 dollar bundles which are in the menu behind the register but the kiosk doesn’t reflect those prices and when the cashier punched in the order the register didn’t reflect the prices on the menu either. I tried to explain the price on the menu wasn’t the price coming up on the register and she said she didn’t know why it’s not coming up at $3 each and then the manager came up and I was trying to explain to her about the price discrepancy and she said doesn’t know why they price doesn’t come up right and there is nothing she can do to correct the price. Now I see why no one wants to work there…the managers are idiots! FU*K THIS PLACE!!!
Placed an order on their kiosk since the dude in the pink hair was practically yelling at people to place their order on the kiosk. All I ordered was 2 large cokes. I waited for over 5 minutes in front of the register for someone to charge me. 5 minutes. This McDonald’s is an absolute joke.
