Such a wonderful experience here than what I had downtown Chicago. Even the staff who greeted me were pleasant. Juan was my waiter, he was so patient and kind. He took the time to explain a specific dish I wanted. He and the chief accommodated me. Loved the atmosphere and music here so relaxing. He checked on me without being too intrusive. I plan to come back.
We place an order for 33 people. When we picked it up for our carryout, every meal was correct, every meal was labeled for who it was for and they provided extras, ie plasticware, napkins, bread, butter, parm, etc...
We had an amazing server, Lily. She rocked! We totally had an amazing time especially it was for our friends birthday ? thank you Maggianos ?
We had reservations and were seated right away. Server was nice and knowledgeable. Food was delicious as always. We chose the 2 eat for $43 and it was worth it. Will be back again.
[March 26, 2022, 9:49 PM]A wonderful eatablishment with friendly staff, Maggiano's Little Italy at Old Orchard made the food well worth the wait!Chosen from the Family Style Menu, some selections pictured are Italian Meatballs, Chicken Parmesan, Mom's Lasagna, Tiramisu, and Crème brûlée.The interior matches with the classy, "old timey" music, which made me feel like I ought to be wearing my three piece suit.Fabian (unsure if I spelt it right) and the other staff (including the manager) have been very wonderful to us during our time here.I can wholeheartedly recommend coming here at least once in your life if possible.[The images attached were shot from my Samsung Galaxy A71 5G]
My husband and I had our engagement party here back in August 2021. It was absolutely incredible. We booked ahead of time by a few months and the individuals from Maggiano’s who helped us organize this event were so kind and helpful. If we had any concerns, or special requests, the staff members went out of their way to help. On the day of the party, the staff members were so nice, helpful, and so hard working. We had an incredible experience at this Maggiano’s location. Food was so incredible and tasty. I cannot recommend this location more!
It was our first time back at Maggiano's since the pandemic and things are pretty much the same. You can always count on good food at Maggiano's which comes in relatively large portion sizes. They still off the take home extra classic pasta dinner, but it is now $5 each. Still a great deal. Service was prompt and friendly and the Old Orchard location was convenient with plenty of free parking.
Everything was Amazing! Food was great and Manny was Fantastic! I will definitely be back.
Excellent family Italian classics with great service to match.
Quick and attentive service. Food served hot and cooked to exact temperature requested for meat. Server kept ice water filled and answered any questions we had. Arrived just before “dinner time” and got a booth without a reservation. Great location and will be return for sure. Highly recommend Gigi’s butter cake for dessert!
