I have had a range of experiences here. Sometimes fine and good, other times difficult and frustrating. The manager does not have good people skills. The employees, however, try very hard to communicate well and offer a good experience. You get what you pay for…
so I went into little caesers today to get their pizza. usually i have no problem I got a hot and ready pepperoni however, today when I ordered a pepperoni (I of course thought nothing of it because I get it all the time) I got a cheese instead I just feel like they should be more careful however, the pizza was still very delicious and I enjoyed it
I order from this place very often now and I highly recommend it to everyone
This place is super sketch. It's dirty, the online orders don't get made at all when they're supposed to be, it's the only Little Ceasars I've been to with a tip jar. How poorly are you paying your employees to justify that, along with misleading unspoken charges on peoples orders? On top of all the strange things they do for a chain restaurant, they add this unnecessary plastic film to cover the pizza; that ruins it, by steaming the food. I was waiting until I saw something over the top to write this review and today was that day. Don't get it twisted I love Little Ceasars, but this location is far from baseline acceptable in terms of standards. 45 mins of waiting after I already ordered online and it appears this isn't a first for them. I'd just go to ANY of the multiple other locations and you'll see this is the only one that's ever this gross and sketchy. Everyone has a bad day, but man for 5 years? Enjoy the coat tails you ride on, for your success champ.

Ordered online for ASAP pick up. Waited 35 minutes, didn't get any notification, went to their location. They weren't terribly busy. Counter person said it wouldn't be ready for another 35 minutes because "that's how the order came in". I protested that 70 minutes for two pizzas was not acceptable, so she said they could have it ready in 10 minutes. 25 minutes later, order was ready.Food was good, but the online order system leaves much to be desired. Staff was courteous.
