I never review but WOW! The young man working the front was absolutely incredible. He was juggling phones, customers, and was even making the food..which came out incredible. Politest service, only downfall is no dine in.

Came in to order a pizza and the cashier was rude and looked sick. He didn’t have a mask on and was sneezing. When I asked him why he rudely stated “he owned the place.” Very rude. Will never come back.

Food was trash and so was the guy who took my order over the phone. His name is Don i believe. Very rude customer service and food arrived cold and disgusting. I couldnt even finish if. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Our office called this establishment to place a order for lunch and we were rudely spoken to by a man named Don. He was rude taking our order, he wouldnt accept our payment over the phone, nor our coupon that was printed from THEIR website. He stated give CC to the driver which is ok however it is his professionalism. Finally when we called back to cancel the order DOM rudely stated "Good", and proceeded to hang up. Please dont support this unprofessional establishment.

i come for the cute dude with dark hair and the goofy grin. *chef's kiss* Good food, too.

I drove to larossa the other night. The parking lot had 3 cars near the store that were all parked halfway between spaces with a space in between. I parked between the cars and had to wait 5 minutes for my pizza. A delivery guy came back in this time and walked back out and shouted you park like an A-Hole at me. The other cars had left so i followed him out and explained the situation. He called me an A-hole about 3 more times and screamed you could have parked over there...pointing down in front of another store. I finally said FU and he turned and charged at me with a look like he was going to hit me. I'm 60 years old and this guy is maybe late 20's and a good 220 lbs.I went back in and got my pizza which I already paid for and nobody said a word to this guy. I left saying thats a real nice way to treat customers. I have no clue if they did anything to this driver but he's nuts. I have never had anyone get so violently mad at me over such a small thing in my 60 years. My pizza also should have been ready, it was over 20 minutes and that stop should have taken me about 1 minute. You couldn't drag me back to this place and I've been supporting Larossa since the 70's when they were on dempster.

Amazing Italian beef on garlic bread. One of a few places with the beef in garlic bread. Great pizza too

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. On October 31st, I ordered a pizza and some wings from this place for delivery to try it out. This was my first time and LAST. They forgot my wings, which I understand that mistakes happen. The driver told me to call the restaurant. I called the restaurant and they tried to pass the buck. They told me it was not their responsibility and that I should call Grubhub. They could've totally made this right and sent me my wings which were already paid for. They refused to make it right, told me they were too busy and then hung up on me without offering me a refund for food that I had already paid for. This is absolutely a very unprofessional way to do business. Order from this place at your own risk. The manager was rude and unprofessional and refused to help me. It's not so much the wings, it's that I paid for a service and they FAILED, and then refused to make it right and then hung up on me. This is not the way to do business.

Holy cow how did I not find this place before now? The pasta (had the 1/2 and 1/2 spaghetti and ravioli) was PERFECT. The thin crust pizza was one of the best I’ve ever had. Toppings were fresh, crust was cooked perfectly. The prices were more than fair, even on the low side for apps and pastas. Seriously give this place a try.

Everytime I call to order I can't get thru
