There was no waiting and the food was really good. We will be back as it was fun and offered options as well.
Jose's is Fire! He's been around for years and is definitely a hidden gem in Skokie. Everything on the menu is great from top to bottom. Call in first to avoid a long wait because it is a one man show! He will have your food fresh and ready to go once you arrive.
