This well known Filipino franchise makes pretty darn good chicken. Having said, rest of the items are subpar. French fries are not even close to other fast food franchises. Spaghetti is little too sweet. Lastly, they lack balanced options like salad. Given other fried chicken options, it is hard to recommend this place.

This was my first time here. The food was good. But there pineapple juice was the show!!! Beyond my expectations for real. ??I only thing I couldn't look past was that the dinning room was super dirty. Food on/under just about every table and the hand prints on the bathroom door was crazy! My husband told the cashier that the dinning room was very dirty and all he said was sorry we don't have a cleaner today. ??? He was just standing around talking to the other employees.I will be dinning with them again but definitely not the same location. So so first experience.
Not much seasoning on the fried chicken if you want to eat it plain. Guess it's all in the gravy so make sure you dip the chicken. Bucket chicken is only thighs and drumsticks. Sandwiches are fried chicken breasts. Sides are one size even if you order a bucket. Spicy version is just a sauce they put on, like mayo. Overall, it was fine. Nothing spectacular to me.
Since the opening of Seafood City, the service of the Skokie location has gotten progressively worse. Today, I was told my food would take 16 minutes to prepare by the drive thru. I was waiting in the parking lot for 40. I called the restaurant at the 30 minute mark and was told they would give me a peach mango pie for my trouble and they didn’t even give that. Management of this location is terrible. They don’t know how to manage workload and they’ve even gone so far as to lock the doors to the restaurant when the drive thru got busy (they only get backlogged because they are so slow to get your food prepared) AVOID JOLLIBEE SKOKIE IF YOU CAN!
A friend of mine says that the customer service at this particular location of Jollibee is great. However, it is the opposite of what I experienced. I was in the drive through hoping for a quick lunch, but the service was literally slow. Aside from that, the staff are not friendly, just like what my friend said, and instead the staff are kind of rude for some reason. I thought to myself at that time that as long as I got my food, I was good, which is really good because I did not have any problems with the food I ordered or what was given to me. Two pieces of chicken joy with a side of fries and, of course, their signature pineapple juice drink are all my orders. I really like their chicken, and it is definitely one of the best I've had in a fast food restaurant like this. It is crispy, it has good flavor, it is tender, and it is never dry, because, in fact, each time I order a chicken from this fast food chain, it is always juicy. On the other hand, their fries are also good, but they are not as tasty as the fries at McDonald's. It is not totally bland, but it definitely needs more salt. Lastly, their pineapple juice is also my favorite, besides their chicken. The pineapple is just so good and definitely refreshing on a busy day!
I like the ambiance the atmosphere clean fast food service friendly crews with feel at home ? and especial mentioned to that very nice lovable lady who served us while ago today (Feb 22/22) her name was NILA she's so awesome very accommodating so i give her 5*****
I definitely have been a customer for years and never had a problem. I get sometimes they are out of stock sometimes or not enough employees with the pandemic. However getting an order wrong especially a party portion is just unacceptable. All orders confirmed twice over the phone with pleasant customer service.I was told 20 minute wait and got there an hour later and still had to wait 15 more minutes. Employee said they got the order wrong up front and needed to fix it okay fine. Then as I’m walking away to double check the order to find that I’m missing a whole family pack. That just comes down to training employees. Please accept this critical feedback. I definitely will be back because the food is good but customer service needs improvement
While the employees were nice and the food okay, the wait was long for what we ordered. The chicken sandwiches were moist and flavorful with a light crust, but there was next to no seasoning in the crust, so it was bland. I had wanted to try Jollibee for a while and I was underwhelmed. They will need to step up their game BIG time to compete with Popeye's who serve a much bigger piece of much better seasoned chicken on a much better bun.
I really love the chicken on this fast food place. My Filipino friend recommended this fast food years ago and glad that I found one here in Skokie. The fried chicken in here has a huge portion and it is so crispy why I love it so much and it is also juicy. There are times that I would go in here and order a bucket of chicken that I will eat all by myself. Recently, I visited this location and I ordered in the drive thru. The staff are really nice and friendly. While I was ordering it comes to my mind that I still haven't try their spaghetti and so I ordered one and of course fried chicken. It was quick and easy. However, I did not like their spaghetti because it is more on the sweet side. It is good but I am not definitely a fan of that kind of sweetness in a spaghetti but the fried chicken is still the consistent crispy and juicy chicken and I will definitely never get tired of eating it. Their fried chicken is highly recommended!
