I was introduced to this place tonight, after a friend I was meeting for dinner suggested this as an alternative to Dengeo’s. This casts no shade on Dengeo’s but Grecian Kitchen further enriches my life.Super courteous service, excellent plating, great tender chicken breast dinner (I recommend the Greek seasoning), great rice pilaf and green bean sides, the French fries might be my new favorite anywhere, and the other patrons while we were there were just as courteous. It felt like a highly functioning family!I can’t wait to eat dinner here again soon.
When I was young, this was THE place for the best gyros. They had adorable benches and it had a cute mom and pop shop feel.(The following might not be a fair representation of how their food normally is, given the positive reviews on their gyros, so please go try it for yourself!.)Today, I had their gyros, and it was tasteless, extremely greasy, and had a grayish color to it. It wasn’t brown and juicy like I remembered. It was straight up dripping of grease with limited flavor. The fries were ok. Slightly cold. Their flavors are just slightly off.I wanted to like it, but every bite was upsetting. I wish it was the way I remembered it when my dad would take me.Oh. And the restaurant got rid of those fun benches.I hope it was just a bad day for the cooks, or maybe a bad shipment or something. This was MY favorite place and I came here today after my graduation. It was not the same. I hope it’s just a fluke. I have really high expectations because of how it used to be, but I can’t say I want to go back and try again because the quality of the food is most important. And it just didn’t meet expectations.
The food is amazing. I ordered Grecian Kitchen Bowl with gyro meat and tzasiki sauce and Greek fries and horchata shake and the food was so good!! I can tell the people who work there put a lot of hard work into making their food so good. Horchata shake tasted like a horchata and the General Manager Harry is a great guy running the restaurant in tip top shape condition. Overall, 10/10. Great food and Great people! Will for sure order again!!
The first time I went here, I really liked their chicken, and I really told myself that I would definitely return, which I just recently did. I went for dinner, and the place was really busy, but it still managed to be clean. What I had for the first time was their chicken, and it was really good, full of flavor, so I decided to have it again. The employees are very nice and friendly. Since the whole place is busy and it really takes a long time before anything is served, I expected that my order would take a while. Then my food came and I started to eat, and that is the moment I got disappointed. I do not know the reason why, but the chicken was not what I expected. The taste and the whole flavor are not the same as what I had the first time. It is not that bad, and I still consider it good, but it really tastes different and it is not cooked well. I seriously did not finish it and she had me order something different, which is the gyro sandwich, just so I wouldn't be left starving. The gyro sandwich was actually delicious and definitely better than the chicken I had ordered that day.
Great food, great service! The menu is huge! My favorite is the spinach pie plate (spanikopita) but I also love their creamsicle milkshake, which is only once a year as a special! This place is really a hidden gem and has something for everyone.
The chicken and gyros are delicious the ribs were disappointing a little dry and not season. For dessert I try chocolate malt shake was ok, but I love the carrot cake very good.
Surprisingly good clean food at an affordable price.Greek chicken with a lemon flavor and a small smoke taste was a surprise and the gyro was quite good
I have been getting food from them for many years and got say the food was never amazing just convenient. I recently ordered and the portion was 15% less and the price up 15% very disappointing they didn’t disclose this at that time of purchase. I won’t be ordering from them again. I understand costs have gone up but failure to tell me this before purchase it what has lost my business.
This is honestly an amazing place, the food is just phenomenal and the staff is very friendly and welcoming! You don’t see too many places like this. I Would definitely recommend Grecian Kitchen!
Been ordering for years from them. Let me start by saying I know costs have gone up but it shady to provide less food and increase costs without informing customers. I ordered a gyros plate and Greek salad and that was $25 delivered and food wise was 2/3rds the amount it was a year ago
