If you wanted to treated poorly, if you want to wait an unacceptable amount of time for your food this is the place for you. Went a few times and never had an “epic” experience, sometimes my order was wrong, sometime just cold food. My last visit however was just outright infuriating. Ended up without food, with a rude staffer and a manager that seems to accept this kind of behavior. Too many other options to be treated like this. There’s no quick fix here, they need deep intervention at this location.
Great burgers. Fast service. They do accept apple-pay. Good place hit-up after fishing at Skokie Lagoons.
Epic fail like another review said. They messed up my order. Clearly the girl working behind register did not like me! I asked for the impossible burger with everything included on it. Go home to find out it is just the patty and bun!!!! I call the manager the next day. I am promised free burger coupon. I never received it!! So angry about this still. I want my free burger!!!
EPIC FAILUREWe bought burgers for 7 people , paid $97. The burgers had no taste, patties were very small and dry. Sauce inside tasted too tangy. We do not recommend this place. Over priced, mediocre food. It taste fine, usually never taste bad but everytime I go they mess up some part of the order. This place is insanely overpriced, I can't stress it enough.
Had the Jalapeno Cheese Bomb burger and onion rings. Food was really good and onion rings were super fresh. Would definitely recommend the Jalapeno Cheese Bomb burger and onion rings.
The girl that was there was awesome! So nice and helpful and made the best shake!! One gentleman came out and gave us some fries to try and they were great. Our whole meal was awesome. We will be back.
$1 burgers, today September 21st. This was literally the fastest service *ever*. The credit card wasn't yet fully out of the card reader machine when we were handed our two burgers and onion rings, no kidding! Hot and delicious.
The service is inconsistent at this location, I've had seriously great people take my order and seriously weak people take my order. However, the cooks are basically consistent and awesome. The good is always hot, fresh, and so tasty. The beyond burger is extremely perfectly cooked and the fries are usually so hot & fresh, you need to let them cool down for a minute! That's a bonus, not a problem, in my eyes!
