The older lady working the window is almost always rude. No customer service skills and it's evident she dislikes her job with the way she treats customers. Definitely not worth coming here when there are three other dunkins on the way to work
The staff is always so friendly. Big shout out to Carmen for her fantastic hospitality. Thank you for making my visit great day after day. A smile and good coffee goes a long way. Fantastic customer service. Give Carmen a raise!
Carmen & Isela are the absolute sweetest employees. Every day during lunch my coworkers and I stop by for smoothies and coffee and they always give us top notch service. I appreciate their constant kindness

The morning crew is fantastic but sadly prices have gone up at my fave coffee shop.
They filled orders as soon as they could. My mocha cappuccino blast was lacking in ice cream though. So it was slightly watered down if I had to say. But they were doing the best they could and were very nice when I asked to make an adjustment.
Got a coffee at the drive and the lid wasn’t on properly and spilled all over me first sip. 5 dollar for an iced coffee? Isn’t Dunkin supposed to be the cheaper option? May as well go to Starbucks for this price and get better quality and service.
Sometimes they're great and sometimes they really annoy me. I can't eat gluten so I ask for the breakfast sandwiches just in a wrapper - no bread. Usually it's simple and they do it. Just give me a sausage and a piece of cheese. Done. Sometimes they're confused but they do it. Last time some lady completely refused for no reason and we had to argue bsck and forth. I don't understand why? Lol.I guess I won't be getting breakfast here anymore. Other than that they're OK.
Chaotic place! now its on my black list:It was a beautiful Saturday morning so I decided to place a simle online order at this location. What I was greeted can only be described as chaotic. At drive through window I gave my online order number, then the lady keep asking me for a bar code to scan, I searched my app and I dont see a bar code next to my online order, but she insisted I give her a bar code. So instead of wasting time with someone who has no idea what she was doing I parked my car and walked in, at front counter I gave my online number again, then the lady asked me for a name then walked away, what? I need to show my driver license to pick up my order now? Then I gave my name to the next lady that walks by counter, then she asked me for my order number, what the hell is going on here, lol! Is this some kind of joke? This place is messed up, terrible management, almost feels like no management at all, what a joke! it's like they really have no idea what they are doing here.
