The happy hour coffee deal is legit!!! The staff here are pretty and accurate. Get you some.
There are a few things that I buy from Dunkin. Plain donuts, bagles with cream cheese and my favorite was the muffins with pumpkin seed on top. Of course, like many places they bring something very good to their menu and then they discontinue it. I cannot give 5 stars for that reason. I hope they bring them back, they called them Protein Muffins and they are delicious.
I am only going to give them an average rating. When they get it right it is good. But unfortunately, that only happens half of the time.Yes, they will re-do it, but who has time to go back when working. They have updated and redone the building and it is updated and modern. They only need to improve on training the staff. The recipes are not consistent, but they are always nice about fixing it.
Beware, this place will rip u off. We ordered 3 large lattes and when we opened the lid, it was filled with foam and they gave us like 8oz of coffee or less in it. All 3 large lattes we ordered had the same portion with foam and less than 8oz of coffee. I understand if they did this to 1 of the 3 large lattes we ordered, but we were shocked to see all 3 cups with the same portion tiny portion. I pretty much paid for 3 large lattes and they gave me less than a small size of coffee. Dunkin needs to revoke this franchisees license immediately!!
If you want to gain weight and eat unhealthy food go have a DD they are delicious but not nutritious... kids love love love DD
This is a kosher location under CRC (Chicago Rabbinical Council) supervision. Every menu item with "bacon" or "sausage" features, of course, a faux version. The drink menu is extensive -- coffee, espresso, lattes, hot chocolate, tea, etc. You need a mask to enter and proof of vax to dine in at one of the seven small tables lining the front of the restaurant. The doughnut flavours include all the classic choices. The new kid on the block is the "Stroopwafel Donut" -- which is simply a regular chocolate frosted donut with a mini stroopwafel cookie balanced over the center hole. Six donuts cost $9.53 with tax --- almost exactly what you'd pay for the same order at a non-kosher Dunkin. There is a customer loyalty program -- DD Perks. You'll get a free medium coffee just for signing up.
Ever since the remodeling, the service has gone down hill. This use to be my favorite one. Orders take too long, even when I put in advance mobile orders. My coffee is often overfilled and spilling on me. Sometimes I even leave with cold coffee. It’s been annoying so I’ll give them time to figure it out before I come back.
placed an order paid for it online at 9:30pm and when I arrived to the drive thru at 9:35 nobody responds. Then we see two employees inside so we try to go inside. They don’t let us in. Finally while waiting outside we see a employee come out trying to escape with the other. We stop him and ask why he’s leaving this early and my order should be ready in there at 9:30 and he nervously says he’s leaving because there’s nobody to close when he obviously was with another guy trying to close early and run off. We told him our order was paid for 30 mins before closing and he said it’s not his problem with the app and ran off.
New store and staff; food and service was great
They are wonderful here. My son wanted a 2/$2 egg/cheese wrap, but they had just closed the kitchen so they couldn't give it to him. Instead, they offered him any bagel/cream cheese he wanted, for free. When he started to get upset because they could no longer toast it for him, they gave us a whole bunch of donuts and muffins for free, saying that they were just going to be thrown away anyways. We will DEFINITELY return to THIS DD in the future, regardless of the time of day. Customer service like this is what makes a customer for life.
