Poor customer service. I am the regular customer and I almost know everyone in this location. The new guy Mehran does not know how to deal with the customers at all. He needs to be trained properly or else we will start go somewhere else. Just because of his bad attitude we don’t like to come at this location. I would request to the owner to take a serious note on this because this location used to have the best staff ever.
8800 Gross Point Rd Skokie 60077 is The worst service by owner himself coffee is cold and not fresh and found some surprising pieces in it not sure what was that, also the owner attitude beyond bad kicking people out even though they are buying from his store, telling them don’t need your business as well as calling police on whoever drinking his coffee outside for longer than 5 minutes,Overall the worst experience for how to deal with customers
I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant, with a medium coffee. Instead of informing me that this location does not serve bacon, I was sold and ate this whatever substitute meat. I really did not appreciate this considering if the roles were reversed lawsuits would be filed. I was not given a receipt, otherwise I would have gone right back for a refund. I will not be visiting this location ever again.

I ordered a small coffee and veggie bacon wrap...i was told that the total would be 9 dollars...obvious overcharge...i pointed out the prices on the menu the response i received that she didnt control the prices...not admitting to a very clear error...horrible service...i walked out and will never return to this location
The old lady behind the register needs an ear cleaning and some more training. Literally everyone else is great there.
The worst DD I ever went to. First time I went there the hot latte I ordered was 3/4 foam and barely enough coffee. Second time the bagel was burnt and instead of the latte I ordered (after specifically telling them less foam) they messed up and gave me a hot chocolate. Always check your food before you leave this place with it!!!! I Found another location with way better service.
Absolutely horrible service!! Steer clear....you have great locations on Dempster & Crawford or Gross Point / Golf Rd. This location is not only unclean and unsanitary, BUT MAKES MISTAKES TO YOUR DRINK ORDERS AND NO APOLOGIES WHATSOEVER!! No sense of customer service and a huge waste of time!To sum it up: TRASH LOCATION, TRASH EMPLOYEES AND ESPECIALLY TRASH OWNER (SARGON)! SIMPLY TRASH
