I find this Dunkin to be significantly more efficient than any other Dunkin in the area. I also have a specific order due to a dietary restriction and they've never gotten it wrong, which certainly cannot be said for most other places
The people here are extremely rude, classless and dirty. Besides the dirty looks they give you, especially the Indian woman who is there weekday mornings, they have an attitude. If you hate your job, do something about it! Do not take it out on customers who are only there to buy something. It takes more energy to be rude than to give some service with a smile. I will NEVER come back here again while these people are working there. I will also be spreading the word! Awful people on weekday mornings.
Rude and Dirty morning employees. Will never come here again while they are serving my coffee. Disgusting people, especially the woman at the register. Steer clear!
Great clean place I get my coffee every morning from there I love this place the manager is awesome too!!!

There were some homeless people trying to sit inside the restaurant without buying a drink- but the manager kicked them out. Other than that, the service was excellent ?
I wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin’ I’ve been there twice in a row and they have gotten my order wrong every time. At least my drink order wrong. There’s probably some lack of communication between the cashier that takes the order and the employees that make the order…. Just my thought.

HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER! THWY SHUT AND LOCK THE DOORS RIGHT BEFORE IT CLOSES WHEN ITS NOT SUPPOSED TO. I STILL HAD 30 MINUTES LEFT IT CLOSED AND THIS IS JUST DOWN RIGHT UNACCEPTABLE!!!! THIS was right before closing hours 30 minutes ahead. I'm beyond livid beyond my freaking mind!!! and this has to change asap or be fix and handled ASAP.
