Customer service is horrible I order my pizza with one side if pineapple and the other side of jalapeños with cheese when I received my pizza they gave it to me like this ....I called to see what the problem was and the guy literally Said that he didn't care...what kind ppl says that i would rate this a 0!! I always order from Domino's on urban park and Cicero never had a problem until today
I'm a former employee of this location that does everything he's trained and authorized as an employee.I have drunk managers driving my car without my permission, I have managers calling me names(ugly, ect.), they yell at all the drivers who are "expected" to handle everything in the store and beyond the safety measures they have placed under policy, I was told by my General Manager, *Malcolm*, he is gonna punch me.Oh yeah, the police said I did absolutely nothing wrong.

Constantly forgetting toppings, sides, drinks, etc. Reading is obviously not a requirement here. like a game of chance … are you gonna get what you ordered? probably not, but you can hope!
I was out on hold for over an hour only to be told they aren’t delivering at that time. Understaffed and unsatisfactory pizzas. Their website ordering is also really faulty and has issues that make it confusing at unusable at some times
