Had my son’s 9th birthday party here for the first time and let me tell you it was spacious plenty of games, the host was amazing, plus the whole place was clean even though there were more parties attending there. The kids had a blast! I got the mega package which was amazing deal and I am glad I grabbed it. My host went over the time schedule with me and she was the one who kept everything in order. If you have your child’s birthday coming up you should give it a shot the kids will have a blast! It was so easy as to reserve online as well.
Always a fun place for kids to celebrate parties.
A little pricier than I expected, but it was clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Kids had fun.
It's Charles E. Cheese now. It's more grown up from when I visited as a kid.No more tokens, no more collecting tickets for prizes, no more animatronics.You can purchase a timed play card which gives you unlimited play for a length of time you choose (I recommend this). One hour of unlimited play is more than enough.The "tickets" you win are stored on the card. However, you can't buy the prizes anymore. So if your kid is wanting that remote control car for 80000 tickets, you gotta keep playing. :-(
Very clean and not crowded. Great time. I would definitely go again.
They got rid of the stage. It was alright. Dave and busters has better games. It was alright.
Hosted my Son 6th birthday here & definitely went amazing! Our Party host Karina was constantly checking on us making sure we had everything we needed & let us know every detail of timing of our party. She was always very nice and respectful!☺️ General Manager Rick was also awesome & very respectful can’t wait to go back this is our usual Chuck W cheese spot so we definitely be going back?
We did a birthday party and will never do any more parties at this location ever again. Rude unprofessional staff. Clear lack of management. No wonder why they filed for bankruptcy!Staff were rude. I even sent a complaint to corporate website but they didn’t bother to answer me!Don’t waste your money. Take your party somewhere else. They don’t want your business either!
Great place for kids. My 8 year loves it. It is very expensive there. There should be packages that include play time and pizza and drinks that a person can afford. My son plays 2 games for about 20 minute at a time so there is 40 min right there. Prices need 2 drop . I won't be going there for a while
The prices are so cheap and I love that I will only come here Everytime thank you so much for helping me have fun even as an adult
