The Latino lady when you first start the order she always do half plate and every time you have to ask to fill it up and it’s so stupid no one would pay full price for half plate come on
Manager very rude and if she is the example for her staff to deal with customers, someone needs to address the staffing requirements.Very little food and when you ask for a little more rice they look at you like you just asked the worst question.Staff is not friendly at all. Not a good atmosphere compared to other chipotle restaurants
Piddly portions. Drive through for online pickup only. Sandy lettuce almost had me visit my Dentist earlier then 6 months. Workers always have an attitude. Save yourself the headache, and the toothache when eating sand and go to the Chipotle by the AMC in Skokie instead.
Good food but today they gave my the wrong order. Called the store who directed me to call customer service. On hold for over 30 min and received a full refund but now I still had to reorder and pick up again. Not good
I had the best experience at this chipotle today ! The older Hispanic gentleman was such a joy. He made getting a burrito bowl so fun. The restaurant was super clean and very pleasant to be in. I wish I could have tipped on my card so I could’ve given them at least a $5 tip!
Worst chipotle location. I got a veggie bowl with extra on the fajitas and lettuce and when I opened my bowl there was barely anything in it. It was ridiculous and upsetting.
BUG IN MY FOOD!! Horrible customer service. I ordered a bowl and found a bug at the bottom of my plate. THAT IS DISGUSTING!!! When I went to show the employees the “one in charge”/manager just looked at the plate and made a hand gesture like asking what do u want me to do? Followed by “you want a refund ?” Well an apology would’ve been a perfect start. They gave me my $8 back but they said nothing at all. How is it that these people have no customer service skills? This was my first and last time here. If he was having a bad day he should’ve just stayed home.
This used to be my go to location, but every time I order and request add ons or extra meat that I pay extra for, I never receive it and still get charged for it. Every. Single. Time. I’ve called multiple times explaining the issue but no changes have been made.
I have two problems with the meal that I had today. One is the steak. It wasn't steak. It tasted like Chuck roast in that it was grissely, fatty, and even the decent pieces of meat that I could actually chew didn't taste like steak at all. The other problem was the fajita vegetables were hard, crunchy and raw! I don't like raw onions and I found myself spitting out tons of raw onions. This is the second time I've been to this place and the second time I've been let down! I will do my best to avoid this place in the future!
HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE!!!! I’ve ordered from them a multitude of times. First time they don’t send the chips and guacamole. Second time they only send chips no guacamole. Third time no steak in the steak burrito bowl and today the steak was black and burnt. Charred. Unedible. How the heck they could put that in a customers food is unacceptable. And then to top it off it’s all through Doordash so there is no refund possible. Just unacceptable. This place is horrible. Im appalled right now.
