I’ll never come back here again…I ordered 3 times & each time I order the same thing…& my total is always different & the food isn’t even warm…I know it won’t be hot…being it’s fast food but,,,geeze…
Awful. Ordered online. The order was 15 min late. It was better to stay in line. So slow.
I wish I had good things to say about this location but since I'm always waiting 10-20 minutes for my order to be ready for pickup after the time it's supposed to be ready while the crew stands around doing nothing, I can't. I hate leaving bad reviews but this is the third time I've had to go and ask for my order after the pickup time and they have to grab it from the back when it should be on the pickup shelf.
The place was fine, cleanliness and clutter-wise, but the real stand outs were the staff. The staff gave no hassle whatsoever when I asked for half and half rice and beans for the quesadilla kid's meal and some pico on the side. It was the baby's first time trying chipotle, other than the odd bit of chicken from my regular bowl, so I wanted to see what she liked. The lade on the line happily whipped up a sMpler plate.1When I noticed the previous user had left a bunch of stickiness on the high chair, I asked for a wipe and the cashier toweled it off herself instead. We atein the small outdoor eating area, which looked like it was just being setup for the season. The trees gave nice shade and the baby like watching the birds.The baby enjoyed the food immensely. What the baby loved most was the Pico de gallo, but then again she is a huge fan of tomatoes.All in all, a food experience. Would go to this location again.
It's okay. As fast food you cant expect much but I would definitely come back when I need something quick
They’re running over 20 minutes late on a carry out order and did not give me chips even though they’ve been paid for. No refund either.
I ordered a steak bowl that the app promised at 12:10pm. I arrived at the location at 12:19pm. My food was not ready. The cashier asked my name, went to the back, came back, and said nothing to me. When I asked her a few minutes later about my order she printed the receipt and said they’d get started on it. The order was printed at 12:24pm. I was given food at 12:30pm, but it was not what I ordered. Finally, at 12:37, I was given the correct order, only to have wasted my entire lunch period and not having time to eat my lunch.This is the second time this has happened at this location. I will not be returning.
Chipotle usually good. Sometimes they lean on the meat. However the food is bomb!!
Fresh ingredients, fast service, not so friendly staff but maybe because they were busy
Ordered online for delivery and noticed one of my sides of guacamole was really heavy so stuck my fork in to dig around and found this nasty piece of pork right in the middle!! So nasty and I don’t eat pork!! I asked for a refund and was told they could refund me half!!! What a disgrace!
