We order the hamburger plate for my daughter and she enjoyed it. I ordered the sampler plate the fries were great but the chicken were to crispy and hard to eat and my moms ribs plate too. I did mentioned it to the waiter and took it back and exchanged it.A+ to the waiter, super nice!

Chili’s ? is my favourite chain in the United States of America! It is the same like it was 11 years ago when I visited it first time in 2011. Egg rolls and margaritas taste exactly the same, same smell inside regardless of the location - Georgia, California, Illinois! Also always great fajitas and IPA. Love it!
Dirty. Came in at lunch time on a weekday when they weren't busy and there were smudges and fingerprints all over the doors and windows - it's like no one bothers cleaning the place at close or at opening. The games & payment terminal at the table also looked like it hadnt been wiped down in days and we're in the middle of a pandemic. Food was fine - but I don't go there expecting quality cuisine. What I DO expect is cleanliness and it ain't there.

I love going to Chilis. One of my favorite places to go with my family as it is delicious food at an affordable price. With a large variety to choose from, I personally enjoy getting the 2 for 25. With an appetizer, two entrees, and a dessert, you simply can't beat this amount of food for the price.
We tried to come here to eat around 9 tonight. There were several empty tables and a pretty empty bar area. We were told there was a 45 minute wait to be seated, so we asked to sit at the almost empty bar. The hostess told us there was a 45 minute wait to sit at the almost EMPTY bar as well. I have never heard of having to wait to sit at the bar. If it was because they are shortstaffed the hostess could have just said that we may have to wait longer to be served and that would have been fine. I won't be coming back to this Chili's anymore.
Our server was friendly and talkative! Chili's is all about comfort food. Try the chips and salsa with some guacamole as an appetizer. Eat shrimp fajitas and any one of their signature salads. Finish dinner with a pan cookie topped with ice cream. Prices are reasonable. The restaurant was crowded and there were not enough servers. A great place to eat mid-week!
2 of us where there earlier today during lunch hour. Restaurant had 7 tables max. Very few people at the time. At entrance host asked for vaccination cards and said let me see if server is ready. She came back and said. “It will be a 15 minute wait”. We explained that we did not have that kind of time to what she said “well there is a wait”. We left to BWW and called the restaurant manager to inform of experience. It is hard not to think of a racial profile. There was no people waiting and so many empty tables. Truly hard to understand what happened there.
