Cute hipster place full of bright colors and very neat. Large menu to choose from and the food was pretty good! Got the Italian beef and cheddar with fries and one of the appatizers with a milkshake. Food was hot and tasty, service was a bit slow but friendly staff. They have an ice cream stand that was popular inside. Cute place would try again eat in or drive thru!
We came in to try their plant-based Italian beef-less sandwich but was pleasantly surprised to see that rainbow cone ice cream was also sold here. The sandwich was OK, just a tad too salty for me though. However, I did enjoy their vegan minestrone soup. And since it was in the 90’s and humid, we didn’t leave without an order of rainbow cone ice cream!

As a vegetarian I was super pleased to see they have vegetarian options. I am really digging their caprese sandwich, it has mozz, arugula, roasted red peppers, balsamic drizzle and basil. It's really tasty and they have really good French fries and shakes.
This was my second time at Buona Beef. I ordered a hot dog which was good but really no different than places such as Dear Frank's. I also ordered the new Rainbow ice cream. Besides the unusual combination of sherbet and ice-cream there was nothing spectacular about the ice-cream. There must be a Southside thing. I didn't understand all the hype about the ice-cream. I actually enjoyed the orange sherbet more than the ice-cream. Also, unless they are using recycled material there is an overuse of plastic and styrofoam with the cones. They seem to find it necessary to support the cone with a flimsy plastic holder and if you don't want the cone the container is styrofoam. About a month prior I had the Italian beef. It was way too greasy. Portillo's has them beat by mile. I do have to say that all the staff I had contact with were very pleasant.
Sorry I didn't try this place sooner! Service was warm and friendly, facility clean and spacious. Food not super expensive, especially not the kids' meals. And they have a plant-based section of the menu! The vegan beef-less Italian sandwich was really good! Also tasty lemonade.
Decent beef sandwich, but I've had much better. They didn't put a lot of meat on my sandwich and it was pretty high priced. 7inch, fries, and drink over $16bucks.

I love this place we're come here often restaurant always clean and beautiful. they have huge paking lot.the food is really tasty. I tried pasta Italian beef pizza salad protein bowl everything was soooo good .Also the people working there they all nice and kind special manager Maria Gio she is very nice and lovely. We're 12 people went there for celebrated birthday yesterday. She helps us a lots she makes one big table for us food comes out so fast. everything was excellent Thank you very much Maria..... of course I will be back....
