On a Friday night at 8pm. My family and I had a very bad experience and will not return. It's disappointing since I've been a regular here for over 10 years. It seems like their takeout business is doing well and that may be why management has given up on the dine in customers. The atmosphere is sad and depressing; half of the dining space is closed off and the half that is open is littered with dirty tables. Our chicken was rubbery and under cooked, our order was incomplete and incorrect even after our server attempted to fix it and we never received enough silverware. It's obvious they are understaffed, that explains the modified hours and extra long wait times, but I don't think it's an excuse for the huge decrease in overall quality.
This place has been left to it’s employees to manage themselves, and it shows; in the cleanliness of it from floor to tables and men bathroom.The 3 different sauces were in same pile. Unfortunately not all wings were covers in sauce. (see pic below).Overall this place is failing, from corporate to management.
The service was great til we had to get kicked out due to a plumbing issue. It was 2 days in a row they had a problem and I understand there are issues but that also leaves a bit to question about the sanitation of the place. They should not be open if they are having these kinds of issues. I have never sat down and waited almost an hour for 6 chicken wings and a salad to be then told they had it in a box and we had to go. I've always enjoyed BWWs and it was supposed to be a pleasant time because it was going to be my last time really going out and it was ruined for me. Again the server was nice but then we had to go. I'd say I've ordered them to go and got the order faster than when I sat in and dined in. I have never left bad reviews but like I said I got nothing nice to say aside the server was nice. There were still people sitting in so it just felt really awkward to me. I asked asked a discount even. I got $5 off of an over $200 bill. It was weak. Either way I'd say if you want to have a good time with friends check out the places next door....or before you sit ask if they got plumbing issues. I just wanted a nice experience I've been here a few times so it was sad. My friends made it a nice time though. Over and out.
Horrible customer experience three workers there standing talking in a group not even paying attention to customers and then after you finally catch their attention they are telling customers of parties of two that it is an hour wait when there is only two parties ahead of two people. Not sure what is going on but definitely won’t be backUpdate: literally took about 15 minutes to be passed in seems like they were just lying to get rid of customers. They legit let go of approximately 30 customers while i was there
The food here is as expected, kind of low quality yet yummy if you’re in the mood for heavy fried wings, especially the boneless wings which areOn specials on Thursdays where you can buy one get one free. Very heavy on the batter not much meat. A nice variety of sauces though with varying heat levels. Some perks of the place: lots of TVs for different sports games to watch, a good selection of beers, air conditioning, decent wings; and some cons: bathroom smelled gross, service was mediocre, clientele is loud and lots of kids, more of a bar scene than a restaurant. You know what you’re getting when you go to BDubs.
Everytime I order online there’s always a problem with them. I suggest you check your orders before you leave the restaurant. I had two to go orders, one of them didn’t include the fries & the other one the tater tots were literally so hard they were inedible. The only reason why this review is getting 2 stars is because they manager was super nice and decided to give me a refund. Other than that I will definitely be avoiding online ordering at this location from now on.
If you want wings, absolutely, just don't get any veggies to go. I haven't had a dine-in experience, but my to go orders have been dreadful. I ordered a salad, appetizers, and wings last time and picked them up myself. The salad and appetizers were so gross I actually called, which I have never done in my life. The salad had too many rotten greens and our appetizer was cold. They gave me a gift card and they were great about fixing the issue. Very annoyed we wanted to try them again and these are the celery and carrots we got.. Unsure for dine in but never again for to go ?
Avoid this particular location. On this particular day, there was no host to sit people. That's typically no issue but when nearly every table is dirty, it becomes an issue. No one wants to wander through a restaurant trying to find a table where most are occupied with dirty cups, leftover silverware, or clearly havent been wiped down.It's also pretty standard for when you're serving a table their food to serve all the food at once. My partner got their food and I waited about another 5 minutes for my own. I don't mind the wait but a bit tasteless for any establishment to not serve everyone at the same time.The other cherry on top were the two employees discussing loudly on whether or not one employee was typed nicely at her two party tables. Having a partner in the industry, I know it can be rough to be stiffed on a table. I don't believe it's okay to discuss it within earshot of guests, when you're not minding your volume, and when you clearly weren't happy with the table.Also if you're ordering food to go, know that your food was sitting at a table piled on with dirty glassware and dishes. Mind you the place wasn't that busy for there to be so much glassware and dirty dishes in one spot.
Really bad French Fries quality as you can see in the picture. The burger was also very very basic and kinda tasteless tbh!The wings were pretty good tho. It's buffalo wild wings after all!The service was a bit slow cause we got our burger first and then it took em a good 5 minutes to bring out the wings. So one of us had her food and theother person was just sitting there! I absolutely hate it when restaurants do that... you gotta bring all the main meals together
Great service despite how busy the restaurant was.We especially enjoyed our Asian zing cauliflower buffalo wings and fried pickles! Their salad was mediocre.
