SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN BEFORE A LAWSUIT COMES!!!Possibly the worst experience me and my family ever had. Who is running this location?1. No host at the entrance, had to flag someone down for attention which took 5 minutes.2. Place was 25% at capacity at most and took the host to seat me and my family after ~15 minutes.3. Ordered cheese curds for appetizers. There was no cheese, just the batter/coating fried.4. Grill was broken so decided to order boneless wings. The “wings” were the size of a nickel. I was shocked how small they were. Almost $12 for 10 nickel sized wings (half the size of a normal chicken nugget). Decided to send it back for tenders.5. Tenders were raw and super small. I felt mentally sick the moment I bit into the raw chicken.6. The manager Maria and or Beatrice didn’t even come to the table to acknowledge this horrific experience.Im appalled just writing this.Either the mall management or the franchise has to shut this place down before a lawsuit comes.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We were seated by a girl who didn’t greet us or anything when we walked in. All she said was “follow me.” And threw our menus on the table. After waiting 15 minutes, we were finally visited by our waiter. We placed our drink and food order (I’m still waiting for my drink to be refilled after asking twice as I type this). The waiter only put in half our order apparently and after waiting 15 mins, I asked where the other half is and apparently it was never sent. Keep in mind, we’ve been waiting non-stop since we’ve gotten here. Eventually all the wings came out correctly but were cold and hard. We ate it anyway. It seems the employees here only care about playing around then doing their jobs. I’m still waiting to see a manager.

Absolutely the worst service and food! Ordered take out for 3 people. The fries in each order were cold and hard as if they had been made 3 days ago, stale as heck!Ordered celery and carrots for all 3 and they only gave one packet and both the celery and carrots looked rotted! Ordered boneless wings with my choice of sauce for all three and barely any sauce in any one wing! A manager should be doing quality control checks on most orders and designating someone to check each take out order to make sure food looks right and everything ordered is in the bag!Makes you wonder who’s mining the store?! Disgusting food! I got an upset stomach almost immediately after eating just part of that nasty food. Save your money and go elsewhere! They’ll learn when business comes to a crawl!

Another "not my first time here, but first Google Review" for this place! If I were to review this spot years ago, I probably would have given a 3/5. Recently posted up at the bar on a Friday around 6pm. Not super busy, but the Bartender was energetic and a joy to be served by. I placed an order for pickup at 10 pm. Was told it would be ready at 10:30. Walked in at 10:35 to pickup area where there were not 1 but 3 employees, two of which were busy and another having a "personal" conversation. Stood there for what seems like 5-7 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and was told it was going to take 10 more minutes. No biggie came back in after 10 minutes. There were two employees that ignored me for about 5 minutes before I decided to check the pickup order rack for my name. Finally one of them felt inclined at ask me what I'm doing, and help me locate my order. Checked my food, it wasnt warm. Side of fries was literally less than a handful. All in all terrible service, employees really need to be more attentive to customers instead of messing around on shift. Food was cold, paid 2.00 for 18 fries (yes I counted). Definitely not coming back after this experience, should have read the reviews.

My wife and I decided to go out on a date night and since not many places are open late we decided to come in to get a few drinks and wings.It was not busy on a Tuesday night, sat at a table for 10 minutes without anybody attending to us so we went and sat at the bar. The bartender had no personality and seemed annoyed by her customers. It took her quite a while to get our drinks and our order was very late. When we needed a couple of more drinks we had wait another 15 minutes just to be able to get her attention and when we were ready to go, another 15 minutes to ask her to get our check. My credit card sat at the edge of the bar for some time before she finally rang us up. We spent $80 but I would never spend another penny at this place again.All I can say is what a poor customer service.Next time we'll take our business some place where we're appreciated for it

I took my family for some food last night to this place. I am visiting Chicago for the fist time and I did not check reviews before coming here, BIG MISTAKE.It took them to cook our orden for an entire hour, when it finally came it was incomplete. The waitress was very friendly but I only saw her a couple of times. I asked her for the rest of the order and she said it was coming but it never did.. I have to be fair the food was very good, the service is affected by lack of personnel, when I asked a random employee that finally showed up to please give us the check and cancel the pending food this person yelled at me angrily and left, when the waitress finally came she tried to help us but we were just trying to pay and leave, which we did.

Good food and atmosphere.. I go here quite often since I work very close, service needs to be addressed, the service is very slow and almost unattended too unless you make a point to be seen. Besides that, I recommend coming here for good drinks and food.

Terrible service. Ordered a beer, and the food came first. Appearently, the bartender was "busy", but the whole restaurant was nearly empty. Poor service, they brought the food but we didn't have any plates or silverware.The restaurant looked in a very poor condition, dirty, garbage everywhere. All the staff seemed that they worked at a factory, rather than a restaurant due to their lack of presentation. Never coming back...
