Mediocre pretzels and they charge for a cup of water! Never again

Prompt service and fresh pretzels.
Don't; I repeat, do not order a sour cream and onion pretzel. They take one of their regular pretzels and they pour this flavoring powder on top, the taste of which I can only describe as dry, rancid, sour powdered milk. And they charge you nearly $5 for it. The fact that adding "seasoning" to that doughy pretzel made it worse is disturbing.
Said they closed at 7, but when I came at 6:45 they refused service even though the hours said differently.
I have never been to old orchard before but me and my daughter got a pretzel that was stale tasting, we tried to get refunded and we did but the manager was very rude accusing us of lying. Would never come back.
Very mean. Rude to the customers. Had a really bad attitude and would scream at me.
The worst in the world. The service is worse than a kindergarten class taking your order.
They refused to use a coupon that I showed to 2 employees at this location just for the fact that it "did not have a barcode" in order for them to scan my coupon. I will shop elsewhere for pretzels.
