Alexandra was such a wonderful help when it came to selecting the best teas for me! Alexandra was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and attentive. It was my first time purchasing and the amount of teas was a little overwhelming but I knew I was in good hands. The tea is also very good quality, I will be bringing my business here again.
I walked into this store on a whim while trying out some food places at Old Orchard Mall. I was immediately welcome in by the two staff.I knew nothing at all about teas but the store was very pretty so I gave a look around and was interested in some of the wellness teas that help with sleep and kickstarting my morning.The staff were very attentive, checking in on me every now and then in case I had any questions and also provided information on the items I was purchasing.Very nice place with amazing staff! I ended up leave with a brewer, two types of tea and two glass containers to store them in.
I love their tea and I have had a great experience with their customer service. I received a glass teapot as a gift however it broke immediately after opening the box. Customer service was quick to reply and ship me a replacement. Thanks again!
Adagio tea is my go to when ordering tea. They have a great selection, vivid community interested in sampling their teas, and generally very prompt with delivery and generous with samples. Highly recommend.
Review towards employee: I walked into the store with my mom right behind me and the women immediately BARKED at my older mother to have the mask above her nose which she did once being completely in the store. Two more steps into the store and she started threatening to call security very well after complying with proper mask wear.I responded that my mother complied and there is no reason to have an aggressive tone at a lady much older than her and suggested she try asking with respect. As she started to BARK at me I choose to escort my mother and I out.To the younger polish delinquent it's " proszę pani" NOT "ONA".

For tea lovers this is a godsend. They make tea there to drink or you can buy leaves or loose tea as well. Plus plenty of accessories. Been there a few times and the staff is always super friendly and very knowledgeable. Great place to buy gifts for the tea drinker you know as well.
the staff was so knowledgeable and helpful and took the time to explain each recommendation they had for me after asking me for my flavor preferences. the teas are amazing as well.
Hands down some of the best flavors to choose from. You can even make your own blends. I recommend 100% to give them a try.
