Let me start by saying SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Yesterday was my first time at Woodfield Mall because I just moved to Chicago. This food place should probably get better employees or close down! The lady at the food stand Yesterday is the rudest being I have ever come across and she was Racist. Pushed our food at us and when we asked if it can be bagged she threw the bag on the counter and said "it's 4 of you and you all have hands bag it up yourselves". After few minutes she switched with a guy at Suki Hana and you need to see her attending another customer bagged up his food,wiped his bottle drink and I couldn't help but walk up to her and let her know how rude and unfair that is. Instead of apologizing she told me just go away. I have worked in food places few years ago and I dare not. Before i forget the Food wasnt good its all dried out probably sitting out for too long( in btw that mall is too big for those tiny food options).Let's all treat each other Nicely you never know who you talking to or who might meet and your life will change forever
Got a 2 entree meal and did the noodles with Teriyaki chicken and chicken with broccoli. The teriyaki chicken was very dried out and hard. I cannot believe they would still serve it. Portion size definitely did go down and price went up. I remember having this 3 years ago and it was decent…now it’s not so much. The noodles was very plain. $12 total did not fill me up since I had to throw some chicken pieces away due to it being died and hard.
don't shop at this place. The employee did not want to give me an extra plate to use with my child... I bought 2 whole combos..
We ordered at Wok A Holic and it was wonderful! The bowls are decent size for a meal and the price is reasonable. The food tasted great and it was nice and warm to eat. The staff was also nice and ordering was really fast.
Tasty, well seasoned food. Great portions and fairly priced. Much BETTER quality food compared to your regular suburban Chinese takeout place. Totally worth the calories.
So, so rude……. I just stood in line for 2 minutes while the clerk talked to her mall associate buddy as if I weren’t there. Not to mention she gave her Buddy her meal for free. Truly couldn’t have cared less if she gave her the whole kitchen. Just don’t be ignorant toward your paying customers.
Food is overpriced. Just got shrimp bc I can’t eat meat and was charged extra twice. I do not recommend if you can only have shrimp. The entree was also mostly veggies which isn’t a bad thing but when paying extra, I’d expect a bit more. Rice and noodles were also bland. I’m an experienced cook and it was missing too many flavor marks to be considered Japanese/Asian cooking. Definitely recommend Panda or the joint across the way from this place. ?
Food was ok, but customer service is so bad, when i went for more napkins, they were like when did you order, etc questions and they were like only once we give the napkins and no more, very poor customer service.

Usually stop there when I grab food at the mall foodIs not bad however the older lady that works there is so disrespectful. Always in a horrible mood. Just in general bad customer service.
