i have gotten multiple orders wrong from here. I usually stop by to grab dinner on my way home from work. I work in the restaurant industry and the amount of times I have received spicy nuggets instead of regular or less nuggets then I paid for is kinda sad. This was my favorite Wendys very odd to see a change in quality like this
I love Wendy's, but not this one. Order was wrong, jr single mascerated as a Baconator jr w/barely cooked bacon. I thought I try again and did the Baconator. Worst I have ever had to date. Bacon was same, plentiful,but barely cooked. WOW, Dave would be disappointed ! Note: Properly Overcharged.
This honestly may be one of the best Wendy's locations in all of Chicagoland. Meat, cheese and lettuce/tomatoes on the sandwiches is always completely fresh. These days, even that can be seen as a refreshing blessing in a popular fast food restaurant chain. Service is quick, professional and the little terrace outside, although by the busy, main road always bustling with construction year long, is a nice touch. They also have that cool Coca-Cola drink machine where everyone can find their favorite flavors. Highly recommend!

The hamburger was way better than the ones served at the Crystal Lake location. Everything was fresh and hot. Friendly staff.
Poor drive thru service! Ordered combo meal, did not receive fries. Order Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers, received regular cheeseburgers. Ordered regular chicken nuggets, received spicy nuggets. Ordered baked potatoes with bacon, received potatoes with a few bacon crumbles. I understand people make mistakes, but this almost seems intentional. If not, then then poor training, or complete lack of work ethic. Now I have upset kids to deal with. Wish I would have gone across the street instead. BTW, can’t post a review on Wendy’s corporate site, it errors out….gee wonder why.
I was very nervous pulling into the Wendy's parking lot seeing the drive-thru line was extremely long being very hungry I was willing to take that chance I was through the line and about 7 minutes fastest service I've ever experienced at a Wendy's and very friendly too
I ordered the 4 for 4 meal and very unfortunately didn’t look in my bag before I returned home to sit down and eat, and noticed it only included the nuggets, fries, and drink. No burger. Pretty disappointing and not worth the drive back. Won’t be returning to slow service and incorrect orders.
