maria is a liar ! that’s how i’ll start i asked her a question she said she had to talk to the other manager put me on hold to talk to the other manager …. came back on the phone and the when asked to talk to the other manager she said they aren’t here and hung up on me and then wouldn’t answer the phone. great customer service . this wendy’s hires winners here folks
It was a normal Wendy's except I couldn't walk in on a Sunday night at about 8pm. I had to get my car and drive through.
My son went to this location today. When he got home I opened my taco salad and it was the worst taco salad ever. I understand things are tough, but come on…First - There was NO chipsSecond - the chili looked like it was watered downThird - the chili was Luke warm at best.Fourth - the gave me a spoon NO fork… how do you eat lettuce with a spoonFifth - only one package of sour cream. All other locations give you 2.Sixth - the salad part was the skimpiest salad I’ve ever gotten at Wendy’s.I’ll never go to this location again and if I do, I’ll make sure the food is better than what we got today before I leave the store.
They kept rushing me, didn't repeat my order & never smiled.
Went through drive through the manager was rude cause I asked for extra crackers with a large chili well 2 he gave me 2 talking Bou I put extra already I gave you 3 very rude and he lied very upset not returning there period
This location DOES NOT serve fresh food upon request! To save money, they’re double dipping, or in other words, they’re placing food that’s already been cooked, back into hot grease and then serving it as if it were prepared fresh. I have frequented this location twice and during each visit, their fries and nuggets have had the consistency of used CHEWING GUM! I presume that this is a privately owned chain, as neither of the other Wendy’s nearby practice this awful habit. It is safe to say that I will not be returning!
Closed on a saturday evening, disappointing, as one of the only fast food option nearby reachable without a car...
Went through the drive thru very late and the guy at the window was still awesome, food was hot and good. I never have problems with wendys
No indoor dining or pickup after 2 pm??The dining is one thing but at least let me put in an order to go!The drive thru is open but they won’t even take your call.
I love Wendy's Salads. I believe the one I got was called Southwest SaladBut it's the one with Avocado & grilled Chicken. Love that one in particular. I bought the key tag in January for the free Frosty for the kids. It's good for a year! Their burgers are good too!
