Although it was a crowded mall, on Sunday afternoon, to have a table for six, took only three minutes.!Details: architectural details and decoration makes this place a nice place to be.The menu, well, an eclectic selection of good plates and deserts, the bar is also well stocked.Opportunities?, yes. However staff and managers are always friendly and overseeing the operation.Good stuff, definitely..!
Cynthia, our server, was very knowledgeable about the menu. She was very friendly and would not rush us in any way. The food was delicious and fresh. Mimosas on point!
First time there and it was really good, but without reservation you will wait really long time for the table during the weekend. I had bacon-bacon cheeseburger and some pasta with chicken. Plates are really big for a really good price. You have a choice from "skinny menu" - healthier meals. Really nice place with a really huge choice from the menu. Place was clean, nice, cozy. I will be back 100%. Thank you so much

Decided to post up at the bar after returning a purchase at the mall to catch the Chicago Bulls game on TV. Grabbed the Lunch Soup and Caesar Salad which seems to be my quick go-to option. The Blood Orange Aperol Spritz was refreshing. Bar Service was great. I asked if they can make a Hot Toddy but was asked what makes one ? The Bartender/Server poured me a quarter of Knob Creek Whiskey so that was nice but was definitely way too much liquor - real world problems, right? ? Had room for dessert so obviously had to have a slice of the Oreo Dream Extreme Cheesecake (pictured here w/ an Irish Coffee). Definitely a spot to come back to whether shopping in the mall or not.
We stopped by for lunch and were told a Vax card was needed for entry. 2 of 3 in our party had those but they said only the 2 who had cards could enter and the third in our party would have to remain outside! We said we can't do that and the Manager standing a few tables behind the hostess said its not our problem, it's a Cook County rule. We asked why they didn't advertise that requirement and he had no answer. Sounds like they and Woodfield Mall didn't want to discourage Mall and restaurant traffic. So they cynically allow people to come out at their own risk as to entry to their business. The guy just said they couldn't help us and we'd have to leave. He was loud and essentially a jerk. As much as we used to like Cheesecake Factory, we're done with this restaurant and will never go back. Basic courtesy seems to be missing from their management training.

Proof of vaccination to start. Great, cozy atmosphere. Warm booths.Francis, our server, was AMAZING. She recommended spinach dip appetiser...AWESOME.Bread n butter spot on,,,soft and tasty. Diane medallion and Salmon was great too.
Cheesecake Factory use to be my favorite restaurant.. but recently I was very disappointed with my experience. First of all, if don't have your proof of vaccination with you or you're not vaccinated you can no longer dine in. Prior to driving an hour away I went into their website to see their guidelines & NO were in their website did it state that. All it said was MASK requires.I was like well w.e at least I still get to eat the food so we had no choice but to order take out since we drove an hour away. We got 2 entrees of the chicken costaletta. The chicken was burnt & barely had the delicious lemon taste to it that it had in the past..normally it's soft & to die for. Now it was not even worth the trip to show up & grab take out. The food quality has definitely changed.I will say I still enjoyed my mashed potatoes & the cheesecake but I really went there for the chicken..
