Went to lunch at THI Fridays with my brother. We both had appetizers for our meals. He had potato skins and boneless chicken nuggets. They were very good. I had ribs and sesame chicken nuggets. The ribs were good but the chicken was dry. I had to get some extra sauce to dip them inThe service was great. I will go back and try them again.

Sorry to say, but the quality of the food has gone downhill. Use to be one of our favs to sit and dine but since covid we have been ordering for pickup. Tonight, was strike 3. By the way, when my wife and I had been ordering in, we have always had such good service. Take out may need to be supervised more closely and check on the quality of what is going out the door before the phone calls come back at you! Just saying!

My family were waiting long time5 meals make time almost 20 minutesService was no good wait long time then who person was say sorryI can not recommend itNo professional service

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Besides how awful it was my heart just broke for our waitress. She was given a day of training and no support from her manager. Sergio who was the ‘manager’ and I’ll use the term very loosely gave his team little to no support as I looked head on into the kitchen. Slow as a snail with memorizing a ‘manager’s script’ as he approached tables. We were celebrating a late Mothers Day and I should have trusted my gut as we walked in the woman manager who was in white wearing a bun gave the poor host the nastiest look as he sat us to the table. Gave me the most uncomfortable feelings and heartache for this staff. As we approached our table we were greeted by our waitress who literally was trying her best to balance what she could. (Later to find out due to the long wait and absurd time in the kitchen- she has had 10 tables with no tips) Yes the food took forever.. story of 2020 and beyond. That’s the new norm. I’ve been in retail leadership for over 15 years and yes since the pandemic every industry has been affected. What is making the difference now in all industries is the people- how we take care of our people and the people we service. This is severally lacking at this location. Here is really where it took a bad turn, when we asked about my husbands order- since 3 other adults and 2 kids were eventually given theirs.. they said it would be right out. Absolutely lie! Then to follow up again…they said it was still cooking.. another lie. A burger cannot take longer 10 minutes from start to finish at the longer. This lie continued for at least 25 minutes until Sergio finally acknowledged us and took the slowest steps to our table. Then to share that there were 2 mistakes. Our food was given to another table and then that it was never even remade. He shared it was his mistake. TWICE! The manager of this restaurant made the same mistake twice and blamed it on his team and the pandemic. That’s an absolutely embarrassment to this restaurant and I hope to anyone who is his direct report. He had the most disengaged and disingenuous response, body language, and customer rapport. We couldn’t even eat as a family. And would have expected a more sincere apology and appreciation for visiting this Fridays in Schaumburg, IL. He said he could only comp 2 things off the bill and that’s it. With the smuggest smirk and the tone of his voice that made me sick to my stomach walked away and never to return back to check on us at the table. Our waitress was left to ensure we were all taken care of. I would hire her for my company any day and give her the support and training she deserved. Sergio, this manager.. either needs true management training or needs guidance on how to treat customer in this $2 Billon company. This same message will be shared with multiple people in the organization as I hope that other customers will never experience the services we did by Sergio, the unhappiest woman manager who could have burned holes through the eyes of the poor host, or the young inexperienced staff members doing their best on no training. We absolutely never will return to this location and just hope that the overworked wait staff will one day find a better supported management team.

Honestly I really enjoyed my experienceHere, I had a tasty long Island that lasted me throughout my meal and shrimp pasta made to my liking. Bartender was on point. Thank you for the great service!

This used to be one of my favorite places but after covid they are slacking and quality has dropped alot, they also raised the prices. 30 bucks for a whisky glazed steak which wasn't cooked properly to order, and was about half fat, and a chicken whisky glaze which the chicken was overcooked and tough.. the mozzarella sticks were the decent part of the dinner, even though they could have been cooked a tad bit longer... its no wonder why my local tgif closed... I won't be going here again in the future.. I can get a grass fed ny strip for 15 bucks n just grill it myself..

I placed a curbside order and had to wait 25 minutes (after the said pick up time). I called the restaurant 10 minutes after waiting and they said it would be out shortly. Another 15 minutes of waiting, I called the restaurant again, and they finally brought out my food. It was no longer warm and they had me wait for way too long. Normally I enjoy TGIF but I will not be ordering take out from them again after this.

A bit disappointing, this used to be a go to place. The food lacked the flavor we have come to expect . We had Cajun Pasta and looked more slop on a plate and the flavor was none. The Whiskey ribs were over cooked and hard felt like a chicharrón ( not knocking chicharrones love them) but not with barbecue sauce when you want ribs.. Service staff seemed distracted, like we were messing up the play time. ETCS I W T FSorry I Went To Friday's

Pretty good food. Love the fried green beans

Great customer service and our food cane out fast
