Had what we wanted, (subs), even for the little ones (pizza).

This is by far the absolute best subway I have ever been too! The staff is very nice and they are generous with portions. Also on Tuesday's you can get a free cookie with your purchase. Thanks for being awesome guys!
I have not eaten here recently. It is very close to a PACE bus stop. So when I plan a trip on the bus and subway to downtown Chicago, I use this location for where I get on the bus.
Hopelessly stingy way this place is operated. Anything you ask even slightly different or replacement the ow.ner will always disagree. Money is the only thing they see. I have been in other subways not seen such stinginess. This attitude keeps customers away unless there is no choice
Good customer service, they’re fast, always clean tables and plenty seating available.
This is the nicest Subway I’ve been to. Other ones are typically rude, condescending, belittling and impatient. This one is actually nice. I’ve only had one weird experience where one of the workers was cleaning and he told me to sit at another table. Literally 10 seconds later, somebody else sat at the table I was going to sit at and the worker said nothing to them. Not sure what that was about. I would’ve given it a 5/5 if not for that.
I eat here frequently because I work in the mall the subs are delicious the staff is friendly I highly recommend this place.
The old lady was wearing her mask under her chin while preparing everyone's food, and had no uniform or nametag. She looked like the crypt keeper though. Workers were constantly in the back room screaming and shouting in another language and multiple customers were waiting at the counter listening to the chaos before they finally noticed customers were waiting. Not even sure all of them worked there, it wasn't that busy and there were like 5 people in the back room only occasionally checking the front counter. Dining in was impossible with all the noise. All that could be forgiven if they at least wore masks while preparing food during a pandemic, especially with all the signs in the restaurant saying to wear masks and stay 6 ft apart. Won't be eating here again, feels like every subway lately is filled with people that simply do not care about their job or the safety of others. Speaks volumes about subway itself.
Food is okay, I’ve been to better subways. the customer service is repulsive. The guy was understanding the girls there are hands down the rudest. I work in customer service and they are just not even meeting a mediocre standard. highly recommend staying away from those females when ordering if you make the questionable decision to stop by this subway at all.
