This is my local Starbucks and it is always running smoothly! Staff is kind, fast, and professional. Never had a problem at this location.

People are nice. But my drink is never made consistently. It taste different everytime. The only person till this day who has made my drink consistently is the barista with the pink hair. (Don't know her name) Never no foam on the Carmel Macchiato. Gave it more than 10 chances. I have to find a new location.Why didn't I say something you ask? I did. But having to ask everytime is not feasible. I tipped them very well and even showed them how to make it. Still gets it wrong.

I wanted a Carmel macchiato with extra Carmel and got light Carmel but other than that it's okay
This place is pretty darn good. They are reasonably fast, and they do a very good job getting the order right. Staff is friendly too. It's conveniently located right off Church and Lake in Hanover Park, across from what was a very busy Metra station in a different life. Check them out!
The cafe keeps accepting mobile orders while the store is closed and I am forced to go through the drive through because I have already paid $8 for a cappuccino and can’t just give up. Very frustrating… don’t understand why someone can’t just disable accepting mobile orders in such instances so customers are not misled. If I was willing to spend 15-30min in the drive through I would not have gone through the effort of ordering through the app.
They messed up an order and overcharged, when we went in to fix it Cory was very helpful and refunded us while also fixing our drinks. Thank you!
I enjoy coming here to grab a cup of coffee and a snack.It’s a nice place to come to get a little work done too.Sometimes I do struggle to find a spot to sit, but usually there is something available.
