Had an extremely bad experience at this location recently. This is my preferred franchise and the staff is usually really nice. As I went through the drive through this young lady had a really bad attitude and looked like she did not want to help. I didn’t scan my rewards because I did not want to feel like a bother and left asap. I would consider going to another location if possible.
The staff greeted me with warmth. They made my order to my customization. They even put a smiley face on my cup!
I'm a former Barista. If you're charging over $6.00 for a CM latte. Take the time to make it. I watched as this teenager made my drink. She was in a rush. The milk was not on the steamer for that long. As she poured the milk, she was way short and put the lid on it anyways. Milk was at best Luke warm. Barley any foam.I left the drink on the counter and walked out without saying a word.If I'm paying that amount per latte and leaving a tip during high inflation and a looming recession. I expect quality.
My go to Starbucks. Friendly staff and very efficient. The drive thru can always be long so order in advance

One of favorite spots, it’s small but comfy. Have three seating areas. Two big chairs, a big table at the center and couple high tables/chairs, with very contable cushions. The staff especially Michael and Mat always with the warm smile . I feel welcome, they make the best flat white , bold and with the perfect taste. I embrace the consistency from this store. Usually love this place. The drinks are also usually on point. Not sure what was so hard about making this drink that I saw the guy handing it over to the person at the window look at it confused. iced. vanilla. Chai tea latte. With cold foam and a scoop of matcha in it. Rude at the register, rude at the order box. & im not sure if the new staff is trained well there but this isn’t the Starbucks quality I’m used to. The drink it self just tasted weird.
Love this Starbucks. I prefer this location over the one by my home. Just overall friendly and Make my drinks great. I am always so happy when I leave the drive thru. They are so fast too!

Went to pick up a mobile order. The drive thru is always busy. I just went inside to pick up my order. My order was just being finished up as I walked in, very convenient
