Martin is the most unprofessional manager ever! My drink was made incorrectly and i call to see if they can fix the issue and he refused to fix my drink! Very rude and disrespectful!
My daughter and I came here for a treat after last day of school. We came in at 520 pm and manager was mopping the dining room. We ordered and sat on the couch, and she was mopping around our feet. Disgusting as we were eating. She told us they were closing at 7. Well, when you have customers, you wait and mop after closing.

Fills drinks less than other Starbucks and poor customer service. Ordered a 20 oz drink, measured it at home, and was only 15oz. Called Starbucks and they would not refund because ‘it was room for whipped cream’… which my drink doesn’t come with whipped cream. The shift leader continued to explain how they fill the drinks 3/4 of the cup. Then she asked if I have ordered this drink before! I was insulted as I order this drink almost daily just not at this Starbucks. I will never go to this Starbucks again.
It is easy to find this starbucks with plenty of parking in front. You can eat in or take out. I like ordering ahead with the application, and picking up is faster. I like the decor; the service can be slow at times at rush times, but that's expected.
Nice design at this location, and the staff are friendly and efficient. The coffee meets the usual Starbucks standards.
They 90% get my order wrong, it's not complicated it's grande Peppermint White Hot chocolate. Come on ppl get it together.
