Love this Starbucks we go almost everyday even though we shouldn't but it's still good, I DO THINK THEY COULD BE FASTER AT THE DRIVE THROUGH LINE.
Wifi not working and cellular reception terrible. Out of sugar-free vanilla syrup.
Awful experience. Slowest service ever. There were 5 cars ahead of me in the drive thru and it took over 30 mins to get my order.
Troy was very rude, and condescending! He laughed at my order that I placed, and then there was a huge, awkward silence after that.....He then asked "is that all???" Like I was annoying him.I dont know what his deal was, but made me feel uncomfortable, and terrible experience! Very unfortunate
Almost turned around and left. Pig sty.. Arrived at 7:10 am. Floors appear dirty, unswept. Definitely not mopped. Bathroom, dirty. Service was good though. Only one other customer.
Friendly team. They seem to go an extra mile compared to a few other excellent Starbucks stores. Easy in and out. In a great little alcove with upscale fast food restaurants and clever shops. Nice!
Never open when I go. And if they are, they block the drive thru and lock their front doors so you can't order at all. This location is terrible. You guys have at least 5 starbucks within a mile radius, I think you need to chill on popping up more. You can't even rely on these pompous child-adults to show up for work.
It makes me sad that although this location is so close to where we live and convenient location, it probably one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever gone to. At random times, the inside of the store will be closed so the line will literally go to the street. This has happened several times especially when I’ve made a mobile order and have had to leave my drink because I couldn’t wait in line to pick it up (hence why I ordered it ahead so I could walk into the store). Anyways I generally enjoy most Starbucks I go to so it’s sad that this one is so poor - I do go out of my way to not go here if I don’t have to.
Terrible service. They made my drink wrong and then I was told they would remake it and nobody even got to it til about 15 mins later. All the employees were walking around in slow motion. Not one of them had a smile or nothing. They looked miserable. I hope they step up and fix themselves
