Ordered a mango dragon fruit lemonade & LITERALLY only got 3 small pieces of dragon fruits. Asked the barista to charge me for more and with an attitude responded that he couldn’t because that had to be done beforehand. He and the other employee working there were talking to each other about their schedule the whole time & acted like they didn’t see us! Unprofessional and rude staff!!!
I just went there and asked an employee (man, tall, long and dark hair & acne) if there was any vegan option for the food. He replied me, with a disgusted look on his face and with his arms crossed during the entire time:"I am not sure". I never saw such a rude and unprofessional behaviour at any Starbucks. You can feel free to check the cameras. It happened between 14:05 to 14:15 local time.
Not only great coffee but very clean. Also friendly helpful staff.
I am flabbergasted I asked for exactly 3 ice cubes and I have received 5.

Yum! It was so good and different I love Starbucks and everyone is always so nice! Cheers up my Mondays and makes my Fridays that much better!!!

They don’t know how to make drinks and will refund you cash instead of putting it back in the card. Didn’t even ask what wrong or apologize. Save your time and go to the Starbucks inside the mall or the ones outside.
