It is definitely a good spot for delicious and comforting food, especially their burgers. I really like this spot. They do not have the best burgers, but they surely have one of the good burgers from a chain like this one. Their burger has a patty that is always juicy and definitely tasty. The burger has a unique flavor, which is why I like it. I love burgers, and everyone definitely does too, because who would not love burgers? If I had a bad day, I would sometimes spend some time here and order a burger, and it definitely comforts me. The food from this restaurant is really good comfort food. They do not only have burgers, but they also have a good variety of options on their menu. The food is great here, and that goes as well as their customer service. The staff here are really friendly and accommodating. I would go in here and there is always a long line, but after ordering the food is served pretty fast. There are also some times when there is a really long line and the restaurant is really packed to the point that I would really wait a long time in the line, but I would still wait patiently because there is nothing better than dining in while enjoying and eating their food.
My kids are officially obsessed to Shake Shack. They kept asking to go back. We went their last weekend. The service we received from entering the establishment was very courteous and professional. The people here are patient, polite, friendly... Every time we go there my kids was so happy and satisfied on food. never fail to amaze me. Seriously. Never had a messed up order too. And we loved the cheese burger, buffalo chicken sandwich and their shake too. The burger served freshly made. It was tasty and delicious. fries served hot as well. The quality of food is so good. It was top notch customer service we received. Would definitely recommend shake shack.
This shake shack is very unique! I love the service here. The food is also great, you can spend quite a bit but honestly it’s worth it. The food is delicious and I’ve never tasted such burger. Not only is the food amazing but so is the place too.let me tell you…the cheeseburger is deliciously consistent . Shake Shack serves up a consistently tasty cheeseburger. The burger is tasty and cooked well—possessing layers of flavor from the cheese, the single patty, the lettuce & tomatoes, and the bun. it is satisfying and totally worth having at least once. honestly there is nothing like enjoying a burger on a good day. waiting on line for it is part of the experience, drives the hunger, and amplifies the deliciousness of that first burger bite. and there is a variety of savory eats and sweet treats on menu beyond.
The space between the chair and the table is narrow am thin so was no problem for me, but for average size person will be a problem,, you could see that people are not comfortable. The place is nice, regarding the food The burger is so small for the price, the taste is good like average, the fries is salty and also little. Overall, price restaurant small quantity food, you will leave hungry.
They had the sweetest cashier today. She made vibe so welcoming. Food was tasty ?

Fast food at fine dining prices.Overpriced underwhelmed. Restaurant ambiance has fresh great feels, and so does the food honestly great food but $10 burger, $4 fries, $6 shake. Family of 5 is suddenly spending $100 on fast food. And it’s all just wrapped in paper thrown down in the table. Nahhhh, that’s ridiculous. Make a combo, this is fast food not fine dining.
The mushroom burgers were good, but it could definitely use more flavor. I love being able to have a burger and beer while watching a football game.
Most definitely the best burger place to get near the Woodfield Plaza. The burgers here are beyond delicious, don’t know what these guys add on their burgers in order to leave with a happy stomach but they sure know how to meet and exceed my expectations! Oh and as well as the bacon cheese fries which I totally love from these guys. Other than that, a friendly environment with courteous staff, would definitely go visit again as my go-to burger restaurant whenever I plan to come to Woodfield.
I recently went to this restaurant and I honestly does not go here often and I just decided to stop and dine in for some reason because it is the first spot I saw. The place looks really nice, the atmosphere was nice and the place is clean and bright. The staffs are also friendly. I know I just wanted a burger and some fries but I also looked ate their menu and cannot help but to say that they have a nice selection and the prices seem fair and reasonable. It was quick and I got my food in a quick as well. The burger and fries are hot but honestly, the burger is good but I would definitely prefer the burgers from other restaurants and I do not know why and I just maybe because I am not used to their burgers. Their burger is good nothing else I can describe to it but truth just like many are saying, their fries are really delicious. I like their fries and I would probably visit this spot in the drive thru and grab some of their fries and the fries alone.
