This was such a horrible experience. We attempted to leave after 45 minutes but it took us almost 15 minutes to even get the check. I had eaten here when they first opened back in September and it was a nice experience but you could tell they were still ironing out the kinks. Almost a year later and it felt like it just opened. Our waiter was wearing sunglasses at 6:30pm in a restaurant. Totally inattentive. I told him this was my husbandâs first time here and I had been here a year ago when they opened and asked if he could explain how it worked. He said you just order what you want from the screen. Itâs completely different than when they first opened. Different tiers of price including drinks and sushi, which was not explained. Sushi needed to be ordered now. It was just very confusing. Then we get our drinks and my coke was flat. I let him know, asked for a sprite instead and a refill for my kids drinks. 20 minutes later, on a not so busy Sunday night, and I had to reorder from the touch screen. I know this seems pretty trivial but for a birthday celebration to cost $160 for a family of 4, it was not worth the money at all. I was so unbelievably disappointed. We finally went to the front to pay our bill since we tried to get our check for quite a while. I explained the situation and was given 2 decorative plates for our trouble. Needless to say I will it be coming back to this restaurant.

It's a great hot pot gimmick with robot kitty cat servers and the food was great, but there is quite a learning curve for the food ordering and variety. Explore all the flavor options and condiments before cooking and definitely make reservations in advance. You can get sushi, ramen, curry, fried fare, fresh vegetables, and a great selection of meats to cook.
I love how the menu changes over the seasons.

I've been to this restaurant 3x and it's never failed in great food and service. All the wait staff but esp Michael was very attentive and friendly
This was a fun place to eat! Loved the robots and the novel way to have a dinner! We were with friends and we had a blast trying the new foods/ sauces/desserts! Try it youâll like it!
