Went to dine in at 9pm. Overheard cook and waitress talking bad about us ordering late when they close at 10pm and were not being discreet at all about it. Overall, thought waitress was amazing until she was asking what time it was, which pressured us to eat quickly and leave by 9:30pm. Other guy waitress was very rude and not a fun experience at all
My friend had a salad and we found a dead fly with missing legs and a missing wing. it was buried under the salad which is disgusting and i have completely lost my appetite and will never be eating here again.
Ordered 2 burgers, got just 1 after waiting for over 30 minutes (Restaurant was empty tho). Got overcharged also.I love Red Robin, but I can not recommend this store. Go to another Red Robin.// update: I took the Burger as take away and just ate it. It was the worst Burger I ever had at a Red Robin. I always order the same Burger so I can definitly compare. Luckily I just got 1 Burger.
I went to this location with my 3 grandchildren. I was told it would be 20-30 min wait. The young lady took our name party size and I sat less than 10 feet from her in a waiting area. I watched patiently as she emptied out the entire area even others that came after us, but then she started to seat parties that clearly entered the restaurant after us. When asked she said there party was smaller which was not true. When the manager came to the front she came guns blazing staying we missed our notification which I also stated was it true because we never gave our number and I showed her my phone. She then shoved her phone in my face and said we did. I told her it made no sense and they didn’t and regardless we were sitting right there she could have just approached us. At this point she is screaming in my face that we missed out notification and she is going to toss us out. I left with 3 hungry and crying children under the age of 6. No one deserves to be treated the way we were and if this is the manager the customer service and support at this location is sure to never make me or any of my family or friend to ever visit any of the Red Robin establishments ever again. No one deserves to be treated like this.

They open at 11 & it’s 11:05 and it still wasn’t open. If they have poor time management skills I can’t even imagine how long the food will take. Managers clearly saw people trying to come in but they just ignored everyone and tried to keep themselves busy by the bar. Everyone ended up leaving! Don’t waste your money here
I had the best experience at Red Robin. They gave me a free meal for my birthday. I ordered a Turkey burger and fries. It was the absolute BEST turkey burger that I've ever had in my life. I didn't even no that they sold turkey burgers, let alone the fact that it was gonna be that GOOD!!! I don't eat beef or pork so finding a restaurant that sells a turkey burger is great for me.The manager Scott was so gracious and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend checking Red Robin out and trying the turkey burger. Every time I think I want a turkey burger and I don't want to make it at home...Red Robin is where I'm going to get it!!!
Besides the food being awesome, what brings us back to this establishment is the CUSTOMER SERVICE. Honestly you feel like you are the only ones there and they are just paying attention to you. Doesn’t matter how good your food is, without this connection you won’t succeed. Had a great dinner and even better service. I think his name was Zach…didn’t catch her name.
Reason for not giving 5 stars , they had lot of empty tables left but they did not open them , Waiting period was almost 1 hour on last Saturday night. Not sure whether they have staffing issues.Awesome Burgers and Sides. Tried grilled chicken and veggie burgers which was really good. Also the sides were excellent. Service was fantastic. Keep it up guys !!!
Just tried to get a table at Red Robin. There was a wall of people waiting for their table. It took about 10 minutes to get the attention of the host to put our name on the wait list. They clearly do not know how to run a host stand and seat people efficiently. We ended up going to Shake Shack and got our burgers faster than we would have gotten a table at Red Robin.
