Seriously one of my most favorite sandwich place in Schaumburg. Met here for lunch and there was no wait. The sandwich came out amazing! The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly!
It’s nice that this location has a drive thru. Sandwiches were made quickly and accurately. They just have to send someone out to the lobby during the high volume times. Tables were a mess and garbages were overflowing. Overall, a good experience.
This was a good place but tonight was just horrible. All the younger guys that were working should be fired. My sandwhich was missing avacado, extra cheese and horseradish. Which all but the horseradish I paid extra for. My wife's sandwhich they made a joke. Barely any cucumbers, they added hummus when we removed it. when someone says extra lettuce they thought it would be funny to cram so much the bread split on the other end and the whole sandwhich itself was just a complete mess. Wasted and robbed our money.

My order was messed up i ordered a chicken club the team did not put any veggies in it just tomatoes and hot peppers.
Their cookies have been hard as a rock for the past few months. What happened to the soft amazing cookies ?! Horrible service as well workers always have an attitude problem. Won’t be back.
They'll confirm your online order but actually be closed before posted hours. Then when you call and ask for a refund they'll say it is being processed but you'll never actually get your money back. Huge scam, never order from this place online.EDIT: I did email them (see below) and still no response from them or refund! Who would've guessed? Stay far away from here.
Great sandwiches and soups and more! You can smell the meatballs when you walk in! Staff is friendly and service is fast! Go check them out you won’t be disappointed
